I previously ordered from them and the transaction went well, so I thought they would be reliable. However they started becoming inactive since March this year and has been unresponsive + not updating on any of their group orders. I ordered & paid for something last August 2022, and it was only scheduled to arrive in January 2023.
In March 2023 I pinged them to ask about the status of the item and they said it’s still on its way to SG. After bumping them multiple times in the following months, they finally responded to me on July 7 saying my item arrived & if they will ship it to my previous address. I responded within 30mins but have not received any further response. I have tried messaging the number they used for payments but still no response.
If anyone has any way of contacting them/has heard from them recently, pls dm me!

She finally replied to me after she saw my post on this blacklist channel on May 2nd. She explained that she needed time to refund me in end May and I was okay with it. She even asked to remove the initial post about her but this channels admin suggested I only remove after I received my refund (thanks admin). I gave her the benefit of the doubt and waited till June for my refund. As you can see from the screenshots I’ve already submitted my order since july 2022….it’s almost a year already. I get that she’s not able to refund all the money to buyers at once, but she set her own deadline at end May and just MIA after that. This is still MY money that I sent to her and I have to keep chasing her for it and I’m really sick of it. I’ve heard others receiving refunds from her already but she keeps ignoring my messages even though I keep bumping her everyday.
Anyone who’s in a similar situation as me? Can PM me to discuss what we can do, if she still doesn’t reply after this post I’ll make a police report.

until now, have yet to receive the items and the admin i bought from is also unable to receive replies from her, anyone in the same situation?
