For New Year, Tula decorates itself extensively. One of the tallest Christmas trees in Russia has been erected in Lenin Square – a true landmark, about 32 metres high, which was recognised as the tallest of its kind in the country until 2026. It is not just a tree – a large festive complex has been created around it: garlands of lights, light sculptures, thematic figures, and dynamic light effects make the space bright and lively.
