For 6 days now - has the Syrian government cut off all water and electricity to Kobane. A city is being starved into submission by the Syrian Government. If the STG was truthful about its intentions to protect the rights of the Kurdish, they wouldn’t attempt to starve an entire Kurdish city into submission. On top of that, it is currently very cold in northern Syria - it’s snowing and the thousands of IDPs do not have any protection from the cold. A humanitarian disaster - potentially causing more deaths than a war could cause. No statement or assurances from the Syrian Government can excuse this and every attempt to claim that this is a war against the PKK and not the Kurdish people is pure propaganda. Kobane is a Kurdish city and for 6 days, the Syrian Government has cut off its water and electricity supply. In regards to the argument that the STG is at war with the PKK and not the Kurdish people - we have repeatedly explained: 1. Equalising the PKK with the YPG is dishonest and nothing more than a narrative pushed by the Turkish government. There are observable differences between these 2 factions even if they’re ideologically similar. 2. The popular support for the YPG does not come from ideological ties or beliefs. The Kurdish people of Rojava stand behind the YPG because the YPG has been the only faction in Rojava which has protected the Kurdish people. Who else was there for the Kurdish people? Not a single Syrian Faction has been kind to the Kurdish people. It is natural that the Kurdish people rally behind the only faction in Syria - matter of fact, the YPG Protection of Rojava was the first in the history of Syria that the Kurdish people enjoyed their full rights and freedoms without fearing persecution. Things are never black and white in conflicts - these talking points about being *at war with the PKK* is nothing more than propaganda; making the ethnic persecution of Kurds legal and halal. > Saddam Hussein wasn’t at war with the Kurdish people when he ordered the Kurdish city of Halabja to be attacked with chemical weapons “he was at war with the Peshmerga” This is the same narrative that the Syrian Government is pushing now, just with different actors. <

NEW Footage From Raqqa! A video filmed today at the Al Naim intersection in Raqqa shows a person in the background with ISIS slogans displayed on their head, while the speaker threatens to carry out a bloody massacre in Kurdish areas.

The humanitarian situation is catastrophic and brings back painful memories for the people of Kobani of the time when the city was previously besieged by the so-called Islamic State. We urgently appeal to you to intervene immediately and to fulfill your humanitarian and moral responsibilities toward the city of Kobani and its people.

🚨URGENT Appeal from the Kurdish Red Crescent Team in Kobanê to humanitarian organizations and to the United Nations, represented by the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, Mr. Barham Salih: The city of Kobani and its surrounding countryside have been subjected for days to a brutal military campaign and a suffocating siege imposed by armed factions affiliated with the transitional government in Damascus. Despite the announcement of a ceasefire, the siege continues, and the entry of basic life necessities is still being blocked by these factions. Water, fuel, and essential food supplies have been cut off from civilians, leading to the displacement of a large number of families into the city. Many of them are forced to sleep outdoors or in their vehicles. Recently, internet and communication services have also been cut off from the city.

The Syrian Government has decided to attack Hassakeh city. If there’s no intervention, we are looking at an all out war; a war against the Kurdish people. The narrative is already being created - headline after headline of claims that Kurds are killing the Arabs in Hassakeh. The Syrian Government is using pictures and videos from Raqqah and Deirezzor and falsely attributes them to Hassakeh. We have received verified reports of Kurdish families in Raqqah being rounded up and executed. Similar scenes are reported in the countryside of Sarrin and the areas seized by the STG in Hassakeh province. The Syrian military is very proudly sharing these photos and videos on social media. On top of that - Kobane remains besieged. No water, electricity nor food is allowed to enter the city. This is enforced by the STG - per an official statement, they claim that they are unable to provide Kobane with water electricity due to damages at the station which they *can not repair to the ongoing conflict* - this is evidently false as the water pump and electricity station have been placed under a STG civil authority since the clashes began in Manbij.

🚨URGENT/EXCLUSIVE INFORMATION According to information obtained from reliable sources, the ISIS leaders wanted by the Coalition, Abu al-Qasim al-Sahar and his deputy Ahmed Awad, had been deployed by HTS as a cell in Til Barak. Now, they have formed a 22-person group consisting of ISIS militants between the villages of Rujm al-Kalaş and al-Seyha, operating under the name "Special Forces" and carrying out attacks. This photo dates back to the time when the two men established the group.

The heroic Kurdish fighters who put up a great resistance in Al Aqtan prison are being greeted with great enthusiasm in Kobanê.

Raya from Deir Ez-Zor is from the Bagara tribe. She is of Arab origin and a member of the YPJ forces. She say: "They will not be able to sow discord between the Kurdish and Arab people. If the Damascus government wants war, we are here, we will fight."

Atnow Kobane Road The YPG/YPJ fighters that were evacuated from the Al Aqtan prison in the northern Raqqa countryside arrived in Kobané. There are around a thousand fighters.

ATNOW FROM REQQA The evacuation of Kurdish forces guarding ISIS detainees from al-Aqtan prison has begun. They did not surrender, they resisted until the very end, and now they are heading towards Kobane, the stronghold of resistance.

🔴 The Damascus government propaganda apparatus is now using AI manipulation to falsely portray the SDF as committing massacres against civilians. The first image shows three executed sleeper-cell operatives. The second image is an AI-expanded manipulation of the same photo, deliberately altered to create the false impression of a mass civilian execution. This is a textbook example of digital disinformation and psychological warfare.

A Kurdish family was entirely executed by terrorists from Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham and ISIS. Terrorists of the so-called Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham (HTS) government, in cooperation with elements of the ISIS organization, carried out a field execution of an entire Kurdish family from the village of Kork in the northeastern countryside of Kobani. The family consisted of five members. They were killed while attempting to leave the city of Raqqa.

🚨Exclusive Information According to the information obtained, 2711 HTS/SNA militants have been killed and 4000 wounded so far.Their families in Damascus, Homs and Idlib. They all want their bodies and HTS does not allow them to be identified. Their families are very hostile towards Damascus government.
