14 That doesn't mean I won't try, but it will be complicated for now, as I just explained in this post. However, my focus remains on the development and optimization of MakiUI based on Android 14. The updates will follow this structure:
- v1 - As the initial monthly build. V1.1 or even v1.2 may be released if there are priority fixes.
- Standard monthly updates if there isn't a v1.1, for example. Each month, every build will have its v1 as the first build of the month.

15 Retrofit for an Android Kernel and the MakiUI Project
Currently, it's challenging to maintain the MakiUI project on Android 15 because this version requires a compatible kernel. We are behind on this, and until a retrofit is done, it will be complicated because our available kernel is practically old and, so far, only supports up to Android 14.

As you know, I've always used this channel to post about the things I'm working on, and I'll keep doing so. The only change now is that I'll redirect the MakiUI project to a dedicated channel and will only share the download post here on the Maki channel.
Don't worry, I'll continue using this channel as a project status channel for the projects I'm developing, as well as the place where I'll post changelogs, screenshots, etc.
