The darkness crept with a silent tread, as if to claim one of us dead. And a shadow loomed, threatening to consume us—we were doomed.
Destroyed structures and dead people litter the ruins. No blooms adorn the earth below, but blood stains mark each path we know. No joyous sounds fill the air—just bombs and cries of deep despair. Here we still try to be together; we don't know when time will be in our hands; days and years, one of us will still be waiting here. Uncertain when time will grant our plea, one of us waits for days or years.
On the 28th of May, Javere, God finally favored our love and was totally on your side after overwhelming feelings of loneliness and woe. Here we fulfilled our vow and reunited again. Of Priors’ prayers for these blessings, which is your presence being near. Joyous birthday, Javere Emgire Scavient! I endure you to still breathe, even though the death toll will go down when these toes of ours touch a motherland still at war.
