Worst part about finding out somebody lied to you is having to sit there and wonder what else they lied about.

The older I get, the more I understand why some people choose to disappear and live a quiet, private life.

Be gentle with yourself as you navigate this next chapter. Start small, stay focused, and remember why you began in the first place.

Nothing kills faster more than your own mind. Don’t stress over things that are out of your control.

Growth is walking away from what you are used to in order to get what you deserve.

I have no energy to hate anyone. I honestly have no space in my heart to carry that mess around. I either love you, wish you well, or I hope you heal.

No matter how good or bad your life is, wake up each morning and be thankful that you still have one.

Maturity is learning to walk away from people and situations that threaten your peace of mind, self-respect, values, morals and self-worth.

Maybe in another universe, I actually spoke up for myself instead of always saying “It’s okay” and being nice.

You think you’re introvert because you like being alone. But in reality, you just love being at peace, and you’re actually extroverted around people who bring you peace.

Recognize your inner power to call forth that which you desire. Rest with confidence. Know that everything is working out for your highest good.

Make peace with where you are now. Things will improve, but also allow yourself grace and compassion as an inner transformation takes place.

Life gets easier when you stop fighting it. The rain will fall whether you complain or not. Traffic will exist whether you stress or not. People will act how they want whether you worry or not. Focus on what you can change. Let go of what you can’t.

The older you get, the more you realize it’s not about who knows you the longest, it’s about who makes you feel seen, heard, understood, appreciated, supported and loved.

It’s crazy how some people can stay indoors all day and not feel lonely at all, as long as they have good food and good internet.

Always be grateful for the simple blessings, such as waking up every morning and being given another chance, returning home safely after a journey, being able to still spend time with your parents or loved ones. These underrated blessings are actually what matters most.

When you hurt someone with a pure hurt, they won’t fight back or seek revenge. Instead, they’ll carry the pain in silence and slowly distance themselves. They’ll remain kind, but their trust will be gone. That’s how you truly lose them, not with anger but with quiet detachment. Genuine souls don’t play games. They simply walk away. And when they do, their absence will speak louder than any words ever could.

I don’t know what you’re going through, but this is a reminder that tough days don’t last forever. Whatever it is, you’re stronger than you think, and brighter days are on their way. Hang in there and be kind to yourself. You’ve got this!

A believer covers the faults of others, not exposes them. If someone is striving to change for the better, don’t remind them of their past. Honor their effort and support their journey.

You don’t lose yourself when you’re alone, you lose yourself when you’re too busy being what everyone else wants.
