Enjoying the guest instruction this week from our friend Micah Atkinson. Micah is a second-degree black belt, and has a wealth of knowledge in the sport, training since 1997. He originally hails from South Africa, and now runs Othala Jiu-Jitsu in the UK. We are blessed that he wanted to come spend this time on the mats with us.
