| 2 | I came across a post by a psychologist some time ago. It was about different aspects of compatibility between people, specifically the things you need to be aligned on - otherwise respect eventually disappears, and without respect there is no relationship.
What really resonated with me wasn't even the relationship part. It was more about accepting a person as a whole, in any role.
One point was about attitudes toward work and money.
The idea was that people generally fall into two groups.
The first group thinks the highest achievement is doing the bare minimum, half-assing the job, and still getting paid as much as possible. To them, that's smart. Anyone who genuinely works hard is a loser.
The second group does every job to the best of their ability because anything less would make them feel ashamed - even if nobody pays them at all. For this type of person, doing something poorly feels embarrassing.
I'm definitely that second "loser."
My father made this very clear to me when I was still in school: the most shameful grade is a C.
An F isn't as bad - it just means you didn't do the work at all.
A B can be explained away as carelessness or a lack of attention.
Nobody ever demanded straight A's from me.
I simply grew up with the idea that you either strive for the best result or you don't do it at all.
Either an A or an F.
But never that shameful C.
And that's why I check subtitles a hundred times. I want them to be beautiful. I dread watching every live show I've worked on because I already know where I made mistakes, where I could have done better, where I slipped up - and there I am, sitting with my metaphorical B, knowing it could have been better.
I feel ashamed of doing mediocre work.
The second point is about debts.
Hard times happen to everyone. I don't judge anyone for struggling financially. Life happens.
But promising to repay a debt and then not doing it at the promised day - or never repaying it at all - feels like one of the greatest disgraces imaginable.
I genuinely don't understand how people live with that on their conscience.
I would eat myself alive over it.
Yet some people seem completely fine with it.
What's funny is that about 99% of the people who either paid me back late (after zillion reminders) or never paid me back at all were men.
I honestly don't understand how they live with themselves.
Owing money to a woman and just carrying on as if nothing happened?
How do they look at themselves in the mirror?
How are they not embarrassed?
How are they not disgusted with themselves?
Just felt like talking about it, I guess... 🙂

| 3 |  Я наткнулась какое-то время назад на пост одного психолога.
Там было про разные аспекты совместимости людей, в частности про то, в чём надо совпадать, иначе теряется уважение, а без уважения отношений нет. Мне реально зашло, не то, чтобы в контексте именно отношений, а в смысле принятия человека в целом, в любой роли. Про отношение к работе и деньгам. Что люди делятся на 2 группы - те, кто считает за высший класс сделать по-минимуму на от**бись, и получить максимум денег, что это супер круто, а кто реально работает - тот лох. И на тех, кто любое дело делает на максиму, потому что иначе ему стыдно, причём даже если ему вообще не заплатят. И для такого человека сделать плохо - это позор и стыдно.
Я вот этот второй "лох".
Папа ещё в школе чётко мне объяснил: самая позорная оценка - это тройка. Два - это не так стыдно, это просто значит, что ты забил и ничего не сделал. 4 - ну это тебе не хватило внимательности, это ещё как-то можно оправдать. (С меня никогда не требовали пятёрок!).
Просто я как-то выросла в парадигме, что надо стремиться к лучшему результату или не делать вообще. Или 5 или 2. Но только не позорная тройка!
И вот я каждые субтитры перепроверяю по 100 раз, потому что хочу красиво, каждый эфир боюсь смотреть, потому что знаю, где косяк/ можно лучше, а я тупанула, и сижу со своей четвёркой! Стыдно делать плохо.
А второй аспект - отношение к долгам. Трудные моменты могут быть у каждого - ноль осуждения, всё бывает. Но не отдать долг, когда обещал или вообще не отдать - это прям вот величайший позор. Как люди с этим на совести живут - я не понимаю вообще. Я бы себя сожрала с потрохами, а им норм.
Что забавно - среди таких не отдававших вовремя и совсем не отдавших мне долги 99% мужиков. Вот как им живётся - девушке денег торчать - я просто не понимаю.. Как-то же они на себя в зеркало смотрят, и не стыдно им, не противно им (с)

| 13 |  +4Ох уж эти первые выходные в отпуске! Только вроде выдохнули, а тут опять – "здравствуйте, приехали!" 😂
Машина, как всегда, набита под завязку. Всё для наших ребят из группы эвакуации – чтобы им было чем работать, чем прикрываться, чем согреться. Каждая мелочь важна, каждая коробка – это чья-то жизнь, чья-то надежда.
И прицеп, конечно же, не отстает. Там уже ждут свой груз – для госпиталя в Белгородской области. Лекарства, перевязочные материалы, оборудование... Всё, что поможет врачам спасать и восстанавливать.
Глядя на всё это, сразу понятно: поездка будет не из легких. Долгая, полная событий, а может, и приключений. Но мы к этому готовы. Ведь главное – довезти всё это туда, где ждут. И сделать это с душой, с пониманием, что каждый километр – это шаг к победе.
Так что, пристегиваемся, запасаемся терпением и хорошим настроением. В путь! И пусть эта "интересная" поездка принесет только пользу и добрые вести. 😉
