Data centers are the liberal answer to deindustrialization. They're kinnetically innert and produce nothing, so they can't be industry, right? Wrong. The luddites and environmentalists are savvy enough to recognize the secondary sector when they see it. It'll get the steel/oil/manufacturing/coal/lumber/pulp&paper treatment. Don't you know industry belongs to China? We're just supposed to financialize it and import the results.

Believe it or not, this worked. I'm not sure how much my bomb contributed but it can't have helped. Half of purchasing on stress leave. Manager fired. Whole department removed from one division and placed under direct control of CFO until further notice.
