Kind Attention: All candidates/institutes participating in AACCC PG-Counseling, 2023 are informed in respect of the submission of the following mandatory documents at the time of reporting at the allotted institute. i. Twelve months Compulsory Rotatory Internship Completion Certificate: Candidates who have not completed their Twelve Months Compulsory Rotatory Internship at the time of admission/reporting for R-1 and R-2 of AACCC-PG counseling are instructed to submit an Undertaking (Annexure-I) to the allotted institute regarding completion of the Internship on or before 31st October 2023, counter-signed by the Head of the Institution (the institution from where the internship is pursued). Further, such candidates must submit their original Compulsory Rotatory Internship Completion Certificate on or before 6th November 2023 at the allotted institute; otherwise, his/her admission stands cancelled. ii. BAMS/BUMS/BHMS/BSMS Degree Certificate/Provisional Degree Certificate. If candidate could not produce a valid Provisional Degree Certificate due to non-completion of Internship at the time of admission/ reporting for R-1 and R-2 of AACCC-PG counseling, in that case, the candidate must submit an undertaking that states he/she will submit the original Degree Certificate /valid Provisional Degree Certificate on or before 1 st December 2023 at the allotted Institute. iii. Permanent Registration Certificate (issued by NCISM/ NCH/ CCIM/ CCH /State Ayurveda/Siddha/Unani/Homoeopathy Board): Candidates who have not completed their Twelve Months Compulsory Rotatory Internship at the time of admission/ reporting for R-1 and R-2 of AACCC-PG counseling, are instructed to submit a copy of the Provisional Registration Certificate at the time of reporting. Further, such candidates must submit their original Permanent Registration Certificate on or before 1 st December 2023. iv. Transfer Certificate/College Leaving Certificate: Candidates who have not completed their Twelve Months Compulsory Rotatory Internship at the time of admission/ reporting for R-1 and R-2 of AACCC-PG counseling, are instructed to submit an undertaking that states he/she will submit the Transfer Certificate/College Leaving Certificate on or before 6th November 2023 at the allotted institute.

iv. Transfer Certificate/College Leaving Certificate: Candidates who have not completed their Twelve Months Compulsory Rotatory Internship at the time of admission/ reporting for R-1 and R-2 of AACCC-PG counseling, are instructed to submit an undertaking that states he/she will submit the Transfer Certificate/College Leaving Certificate on or before 6th November 2023 at the allotted institute.
