⚔️🗡 I know, Asian noodles right? To cook: Bring water to boil, add your noodles, bring back to boil, add a little water, bring back to boil. Do this ‘three times’. Then they’re done - very fast. I learned this years ago from my Asian dry-cleaner…go figure. I used to make these when I went camping because they cooked so easy, then I added bullion flavor and dried vegetables. https://www.webstaurantstore.com/64921/asian-noodles.html

⚔️🗡 Another good item to have in your food preps is chicken, beef & ham flavored bullion. Used with your noodles, rice, and soups, it can help to make them stretch. 🍲 🍜

⚔️🗡 This has always been one of my favorite bean mixes. They come with their own seasoning packages. https://hurstbeans.com/recipes/instant-pot-15-bean-soup-with-ground-beef

Seriously folks.... Turn off your main breaker this weekend for a test run. See what fails. Can you run the fridge? Do you really wanna use a generator to run the fridge long term? Internet is down... how do you communicate? Walkie talkie or mesh? Can you cook three meals? How is sleeping without air conditioning? If you ever wanted an opportunity to get spouse approval for a solar project , turn the power off and show her what it's like to not have coffee and HVAC. (Forwarded from another channel)

One of the greatest lies in politics is that anyone who opposes excessive government regulation must therefore oppose government enforcement. Those are two entirely different issues. I have always argued that government has expanded into areas where it has no constitutional business while simultaneously abandoning the few responsibilities that actually justify its existence. Protecting the integrity of the nation’s food supply is one of those responsibilities. If Washington cannot ensure that Americans can buy a head of lettuce without wondering if it will send them to the hospital, then what exactly are taxpayers funding? The FDA now tells Americans that the original laboratory finding was incorrect while simultaneously admitting that the outbreak remains unresolved. Somebody knows far more than the public has been told. Yet instead of complete transparency, Americans receive carefully worded press releases. That should concern everyone regardless of political affiliation. Washington has built an empire regulating every corner of American life while repeatedly failing at the few responsibilities that actually matter. Until regulators stop protecting politically connected corporations and start holding the largest players to exactly the same standards as everyone else, these outbreaks will continue, public confidence will continue to collapse, and Americans will continue paying the price every time they sit down for what should have been an ordinary meal.

Staying hydrated isn’t just about drinking water. Foods like watermelon, cucumber, strawberries, tomatoes, lettuce, Greek yogurt, broth, and coconut water also contribute to daily fluid intake. As warmer days continue, adding a variety of water-rich foods to your meals can be a simple way to support everyday hydration alongside plain water. https://www.naturalnews.com/2026-07-20-high-water-foods-support-hydration-body-cooling.html
