 Bilateral pulmonary diffuse mainly middle and lower zonal reticular pattern and ground glass veiling are seen, with basal scattered atelactatic / fibrotic strands. However, no evidence of focal pulmonary masses, nodules or cavitations could be noted.  Bilateral diffuse mainly basal interstitial lung reactions ?? chronic inflammatory reactions ? early interstitial lung disease for clinical correlation and follow up.

 Comminuted fracture of left femoral greater trochanter with bone fragments is seen with mild extension into peripheral of related aspect of intertrochanteric region. Related bulky muscles and fat stranding.  Left hip osteoarthritic changes are seen in the form of mild narrowed joint space specially superiorly as well as mild subchondral sclerosis of superior acetabulum, small marginal acetabular osteophytes and subtle joint capsule calcific foci.  Left sacroiliitis.  Mild diffuse heterogeneous marrow with osteopenia.

• An exophytic mixed solid & cystic lesion with internal calcification seen arising from tail of pancreas & extending to lienorenal space, it measures 4.5x6x9 cm along anteroposterior, transverse & craniocaudal dimensions. • The mass exerts positive mass effect in the form of anterior displacement of proximal jejunum & descending colon with compression of left kidney yet clear cleavage plane seen in between them. • Pancreatic tail exophytic soft tissue lesion as described. DD include pancreaticoblastoma Vs sarcoma for histopathological correlation. • Minimal pelvic ascites.

•A large left retroperitoneal mass, composed of predominantly fatty tissue with areas of enhancing soft tissue masses, bands and few foci of calcifications measuring around 15x15x20 cm in maximum APxTRxCC dimensions. • The mass is seen displacing the left kidney superomedially and displacing the bowel loops and their vasculature to the right side. • Few adjacent enhancing LNs, the largest measures 20x21mm. • Average size of the liver showing homogenous parenchymal attenuation. No focal lesion or dilated biliary radicles. • Patent homogenously enhanced portal vein and its main branches. Left retroperitoneal mass as detailed suggestive of liposarcoma for histopathological correlation.
