اختبار زمن الثرومبين (Thrombin Time - TT)
*فكرة الاختبار:*
- يستخدم لقياس الزمن اللازم لتكوين جلطة بعد إضافة الثورومبين إلى البلازما.
*تحضير العينة:*
1. يجب سحب العينة في أنابيب ذات الغطاء الأزرق الفاتح (Na Citrate).
2. فصل البلازما بسرعة بعد السحب أو خلال ساعتين.
3. نقل 2 مل من البلازما إلى أنبوب بلاستيكي.
4. تجميد العينة لمدة تصل إلى أسبوع في الفريزر، 4 ساعات في الثلاجة، أو ساعتين في درجة حرارة الغرفة.
*العينات الغير مقبولة:*
- عينات غير مجمدة.
- عينات تحتوي على تحلل الدم (Haemolysis).
*الزمن الطبيعي:*
- يتراوح بين 11.3 إلى 18.5 ثانية.
*أسباب زيادة زمن الثرومبين:*
- نقص الفبرينوجين (Hypofibrinogenemia).
- ثرومبين ثنائي الفاعلية (Dysfibrinogenemia).
- العلاج بمضادات التخثر (Thrombolytic and Heparin Therapy).
