The Dream: To be financially free enough to grant freedom to you and your entire family. This dream is not only possible, it is necessary for you to achieve. However, this dream is massive and must be understood for what it is and the steps that will be needed in order to make it a reality. Financial freedom for one single person is a challenge itself; to then extend to immediate family is a huge undertaking. Understand that you’re talking about catering for multiple people’s lives, on average let’s say 7-8 people maybe in mind (give or take). In expenses alone you’re looking at £100-200k (of course adjusting for where/how you live). That’s just expenses and living costs let alone once you add in the extra freedom and expenses you have in mind as a goal. This is nothing to be scared of or not something to put you off from moving forward but this is something to be aware of and to challenge you to want to do and be more. Awareness helps remove the pressure of time to achieve this quickly. Most importantly, it allows you to prepare in steps of how to go about this efficiently. You must focus on you first; you must focus on yourself, skillsets, your finances, your health, your relationships, your position, first. After that foundation has been formed, you can then begin to build on it with each person on your list and continue that process until the goal is complete. You will be challenged at every step of the way. You are embarking on a seriously hard path BUT you should know that it’s possible and that as long as you’re willing to embrace the struggle and sacrifices that comes with it the only action thereafter is consistency. Be consistent in your actions. Also be intentionally aware of how you’re spending your time and try to operate at your highest level over prolonged periods of time. This is the way to greatness and achieving that dream. Recognise that you’re not alone in this and that so many other individuals have this same dream. I have been guilty of this myself in the past, spending so much time complaining and not executing. ⁣ ⁣ Spending time saying what I want to do, but not actually doing it. Well execution is what counts not the words. 👊🏽⁣ ⁣ Knowledge is power but executing on your knowledge is even more powerful! ⁣ ⁣ If you aren't happy then push forward, you already know what you need to do. ⁣ ⁣ You already know what you want so, just do it! ⁣ ⁣ Too often we waste time talking/standing still and not benefiting ourselves in anyway. ⁣ ⁣ Well that must end and action my be taken in order to do. ✨

Fear. ⁣ ⁣ I feel there is considerable testing times ahead of us. ⁣ ⁣ Could it be a financial crises? ⁣ ⁣ Could it be war? ⁣ ⁣ Could it be continued supply chain issues? ⁣ ⁣ Could it be the return of a virus? ⁣ ⁣ Could it be a matrix attack? Anything is possible at anytime. ⁣ ⁣ However, should we allow the fear of these potential events stop us from continuing on our path to greatness? ⁣ ⁣ Hell NO! ⁣ ⁣ Giving into our own fear either holds us in place or worse yet pulls us back! ⁣ ⁣ We should not be fearful of these events!⁣ ⁣ We should educate ourselves so we can understand that these things have happened before and will continue to happen again. ⁣ ⁣ Those who not only survive but thrive are the ones who are aware of what’s happening and more importantly prepared & focused on their path. ⁣ ⁣ We continue, we do not stop and we do not give in! 💙

Top of the Game! ⁣ ⁣ If you’re going to be among the top players in your industry then you have to be willing to work like you belong there. ⁣ To often people have the fantasy of being the best and getting the things they want but they seldom put in the actual effort to make it happen. ⁣ Yet they will be the ones to complain and blame others for their shortcomings! ⁣ ⁣ Reflection is very important. If you notice that you aren’t putting in the work that is required then you better step it up! ⁣ It’s never too late to begin, but being aware of it and not making any changes then means you’re actively sabotaging yourself! ⁣ I work every single day without fail. Not everyday is 14-18 hour crazy days but in order to continuously grow and more importantly make sure the community grows requires consistent effort! ⁣ People assume anyone can do this, truth is only those with real intention, vision and drive can do this. Specially having to sacrifice so much so that others can progress isn’t something many can handle! But if that is your goal and you truly want it you will be willing to do whatever it takes. The good, the bad and the downright heartbreaking moments all have to be embraced to make it through.

The fakes in this world never last long. No matter how successful, no matter how happy they seem, no matter how many material items they own. The clean hearted always win. The easy route is to fake it and though it may seem successful on the observer it’s truly the way to overall downfall. That person may seem happy but inside they are anxious, worried and will forever be fearful of being exposed or having to answer the lies. The real may seem unsuccessful at first, but this is the long play. This is the hard road to choose but the one that comes with peace of mind, longevity and peace. In our industry in particular it’s so so easy to throw yourself at “easy” money but where will that get you? Yes, in the short term you may get some income in but long term you will not survive. Choose the hard route and yes there will be a lot more work and yes there will be a lot more stress but will it be worth it? Of course. The longevity one will have choosing that longer route will be not only worth it but for the right people necessary. I’ve put in 10+ years of work to get to this point and even now I work harder then I ever have before to maintain and continue to grow. The amount of work needed to provide as much value as possible, to do the right thing and to do what is necessary is massive and probably most don’t realise but regardless we stay strong and enjoy the process. Embrace that hard route every time. It will take time, it will come with immense hardship at times but it will be worth it every single day that you know you’re true to yourself!
