Uncertainty ለመቀነስ ሌላው የ SPHMMC ጥቅም ዩኒቨርሲቲዎችን ከመቀላቀል ይልቅ Med ለመግባት የበለጠ certain መሆኑ ነው። እንደሌሎች ዩንቨርስቲዎች 2 ሴሚስተር የፍሬሽማን ተማሪ መውሰድ አለባቹ ከዚያም የ COC ን ለመውሰድ ብቁ የሆኑ ተማሪዎች ዝርዝር ውስጥ ለመግባት ማጣሪያ(Screening) ማለፍ አለባቹ። የማጣሪያ ምርመራው ብዙውን ጊዜ የመጀመሪያ ሴሚስተር የመጀመሪያ ደረጃ GPA እና የማትሪክ ውጤት እያንዳንዳቸው 50% ይይዛል (በዩኒቨርሲቲው ሊለያይ ይችላል)። ይህ process አብዛኛውን ጊዜ Certain መሆን አይቻላል ምክንያቱም አንድ ሰው ሁለቱንም GPA እና ማትሪክ ውጤቱን እርፍ ማግኘት አለበት። እና ከ500 በላይ ተማሪዎች ለህክምና ሲያመለክቱ ከ150 እስከ 250 ተማሪዎች ውስጥ ለመግባት Screening ላይ መታገል ከባድ ነው። ለምሳሌ AAU ከ500 ወይም 600 በላይ ተማሪዎች ሲያመለክቱ ለ250 ተማሪዎች ብቻ ለScreening አልፈዋል። በ1ኛው እና በ250ኛው መካከል ያለው የውጤት ልዩነት 7 ነጥብ ብቻ ነበር (አስቡት እንግዲህ 😱)። ከፍተኛ ማትሪክ እና GPA ያላቸው ተማሪዎች እንኳ COC እና ቃለ መጠይቅ Game changer በመሆኑ ያልገቡ ብዙ ነበሩ። እና መጨረሻ ላይ 150 ከ COC እና ከቃለ መጠይቅ በኋላ ቀርተዋል። ነገር ግን አንድ ሰው ወደ SPHMMC ለመግባት ከቻለ ጥራት ያለው ትምህርት ማግኘት ብቻ ሳይሆን ይህ ሁሉ ግርግር እና ጥርጣሬ ቀረ ማለት አይደለም። 3.
