📣📣📣 June Review Dear Community, first of all, thank you for your continued trust and patience. June ended with a slight loss of approximately 7%. While this is obviously not the result I strive for, I believe it is important to remain completely transparent about our performance. Over the past few weeks, I have invested a significant amount of time into further developing our trading systems. Among other things, I created three to four new Expert Advisors (EAs), all of which produced very promising results during extensive backtesting, delivering strong performance while maintaining a relatively moderate drawdown. That said, a drawdown of around 20–30% is something that must be expected and accepted with strategies of this nature. Unfortunately, these EAs have not yet performed as expected in the live market. At the moment, they are collectively down around 4–8%. Nevertheless, I have no intention of shutting them down prematurely. Some of the strategies have already generated returns of around 7% over the past ten days, but those gains were largely offset by one underperforming EA. This is simply part of the development process of automated trading systems, and I remain committed to allowing statistically sound strategies enough time to prove themselves. At the same time, I have thoroughly reviewed my discretionary trading approach. I refined my trade entries and, more importantly, fully automated my risk management. The objective is straightforward: cut losses quickly while allowing winning trades to reach their full potential. The results from the last three to four trading days of June have been encouraging, giving me confidence that these improvements may begin to show their full effect throughout July. It is also worth remembering that we are currently entering the typical summer trading season. Market conditions tend to become less predictable as liquidity decreases during the holiday period. Because of this, I expect to pause my discretionary trading for at least three weeks, and possibly up to six weeks, as I will also be attending a rehabilitation program during that time. However, my Expert Advisors are expected to continue trading throughout this period, provided market conditions remain suitable. Finally, I would like to share a few personal thoughts. Since 2023, I have been fully committed to building FinancialFreedomFX into a reliable and trustworthy brand on RoboForex. My goal has always been to deliver consistent, risk managed returns for investors and copy traders over the long term. I will be honest there are moments when the journey becomes frustrating. After investing countless hours into development, optimization, testing, and continuous improvement, I had hoped to see more consistent results by now. But I have no intention of giving up. Every adjustment, every backtest, and every lesson learned moves us one step closer to building a robust and consistently profitable trading system. With the introduction of the new automated risk management, I believe we have taken another important step forward. Losses are now controlled more consistently, while profitable trades are given the opportunity to reach their intended targets. Backtesting has produced very encouraging results, and I sincerely hope to see those improvements reflected in our live performance in the months ahead. 📣📣📣 May Review Dear Community, May is ending with a dismal result, and there's no excuse for it. Last Friday, I lost control of my emotions and traded more than my trading plan had intended. As a result, my main account is down 8.1%. In contrast, my swing account is showing a gain of 2.51%. That said, I'm pleased to announce that since June 1st, 2026, I've had an Expert Advisor (EA) that trades fully automatically for us. The risk is limited to 2% or two trades per day. 📣📣📣 March Review Dear Community, March is drawing to a close. Unfortunately, with a result I didn't expect. Most likely, I was too optimistic and made too many mistakes as a result. Added to this was the Middle East conflict in Iran, which put extreme pressure on the markets, meaning that even decent setups could only be traded with the utmost caution. After all, you never know what news might drastically influence the market in the next few minutes. A small consolation is the continued positive performance of the HTF Swing account, where we achieved a profit of almost 3%. Anyone who has been with us from the beginning can be pleased with a profit of 5.2% and significantly reduce the losses in their main account. Overall, I'm happy that I've now strictly adhered to my risk management for three months and never risked more than 1.5% per day in the main account. This consistency will pay off in the long run.
