It's being more than a week since our container arrived and it's not out yet.
But our clearing agent is working on it please. Sometimes things aren't straight forward at the port.
The clearing agent is the one who has consistently cleared all our containers for us for the past 6 months since 8th August.
He will continue working on it and get it out of the port as soon as practically possible please.
I apologize for the inconvenience caused by the delay.

Our 9th December container (Kota salam), arrived at Tema on 23rd January. Next step is clearing it in the next few days please.

We will still load a container before the Chinese holidays . Kindly get your goods to the warehouse by 5th February. The earlier , the better 💕

We loaded container on the 6th of January and we are loading two more containers before the Chinese new year holiday.
Please plan your shipment accordingly to get your goods to the warehouse early.

They couldn't call the case with ZF1 yesterday so we were given 5th February to come back to court. In the meantime, ZF1 claimed in their defense filed to the court that they have paid for the containers so work is being done one them.
