| 7 |  Watch this video, there is no better advice you can learn that this going into 2024, there is no problem in trying to understand what the market is doing, but trying to understand what the market is doing and a trading strategy are entirely two different things.
So how can you develop a trading strategy
1) Find a Repeating Pattern that when ever it occurs there is a probability greater than 60% than the market will react in a certain way, so the market either moves upwards or downwards
2) Check if when you buy or sell using those patterns your profits are more than enough to cover for the losses, trading costs and outperform your target.
3) See if there are some little things you can add or remove to improve your trading performance metrics, and possibly reduce overall trades. This is called optimization, or fitting.
