We've discussed this many times in class. Prepare seriously for government exams. Private jobs may seem appealing, but very few people are doing well in them. On the other hand, government jobs and IITs are almost free, with excellent perks and salary structures, especially for mechanical engineering. The competition is relatively low, so don't waste time gossiping. Prepare hard, as success will come from action, not just talk. Everything I discussed in class is now proven with evidence.
