Good evening sir, my NPCIL interview questions are
In. Your project how do you increase Heat transfer coefficient? How nusselt number is increasing?
Heat exchanger kya hota hai
Kitne type ka hota hai
What is lmtd
Draw graph of lmtd
And also draw in phase change
Draw for boiler and condenser both which is for boiler and which is for condenser
What is fins what is effectiveness of fijs not formala define this
What is effecincy of fins. Fins are more effective in air or water why?
when will fin effecincy becomes maximum ( role of thermal conductivity)
Do you know manufacturing process
What is rolling
How it's work
Which type of force occurs
Which gives better surface finish hot or cold rolling
How do you calculate heat transfer in a double pipe in which one pipe hot fluid is flowing and one is cold fluid flowing.
What is ye difference between shell and tube type heat exchanger and plate type heat exchanger and where does it uses.and why?
How shell and tube type heat exchanger made? How tube made? Diffence between tube and pipe?
Draw the heat transfer coefficient in laminar flow, what is seeback effect?
What is the performance characteristics of shell and tube type heat exchanger.

Another message. Another dream taking flight. ❤️
Today, one of my students shared this with me:
“Sir, I got IIT (BHU)! Thank you so much… We learned a lot from you. The classroom experience was amazing. Your way of teaching is really inspiring. Now I just hope that one day I’ll send you my PSU offer letter too.”
Reading this genuinely made my day.
An IIT (BHU) M.Tech admission is a fantastic achievement, but what touched me even more was the student’s belief that this is just the beginning. The real dream is still ahead—a PSU offer letter.
That’s exactly what I want every student to understand.
Don’t stop after one milestone. Keep moving until you reach your ultimate goal.
As a mentor, marks, ranks, and admissions matter. But nothing compares to watching students transform their confidence and start believing in themselves.
This is why I teach.
Not just to solve questions, but to help students build careers and change their lives.
To my student—Congratulations! 🎉
I have no doubt that one day you’ll send me that PSU offer letter as well. And when that day comes, we’ll celebrate again.
Thank you to every student who trusts me with their preparation. Your success will always be my biggest achievement.
One success story at a time. One dream at a time. ❤️

“From an Average Student to an IITian!” ❤️🔥
This is why I love what I do.
When a student believes in the process, stays consistent, and never gives up, extraordinary results become inevitable.
Proud to share that one of my students has secured admission to IIT Kharagpur (M.Tech – Ocean Engineering & Naval Architecture) after receiving offers from IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, and IIT Kharagpur. 🎉
He wasn’t a topper.
He wasn’t born with extraordinary talent.
He simply chose consistency over excuses.
Reading his heartfelt words and seeing him tag me as one of the mentors behind his journey is more valuable than any award.

Moments like these remind me why teaching is my passion. 🙏
To every GATE aspirant reading this:
Your current situation does not decide your future.
If an average student can become an IITian, so can you.
This is just one success story.
Many more are on the way. 🚀

Sir maine npcil interview Diya tha in Narora center
Sir interview was okay and kuch questions nahi kar paya
CP - What's your btech project ?
Gear design
Cp How do you made the gear ?
Cp What's backlash in the gear
Cp - Draw cantilever beam put point load on free end and find the max BM and give location and draw BMD
Cp - Make the loading udl and now tell the max moment and tell me where it will fail
I1- Which material did you chose in the gear
I1 - which type of cast iron? Grey or white
I1 Suppose if we invert the materials then what will be the properties that you will check for the material
I1 What are the forces for which you will design the gear?
I1 As a hint for you since you told sir that backlash happens so it causes gap in the gear so what type of load happens?
I1 What's fatigue loading
I1 What type of forces occur in here which is causing the fatigue loading ?
I1 okay but in gear, loading is one direction not reversed loading then is it a fatigue loading case?
I1 Okay leave it
Madam I2 - In stress strain diagram why upper and lower yield points happens
I2 Why does the curve rise to the UTS
I2 If we heat the material then will this cold working reduce ?
I2 How will the ductility change?
I2 How will it reduce will there be any internal structural changes ?
I2 How the grain boundaries will reduce stresses?
I3- In 4stroke IC engine we have tdc and bdc suppose we have to design a cam which we open the valve 15⁰ after tdc and 30⁰ before bdc how we will you make it?
I3 Okay go to the board and draw
I3 yes so cam will open after 15⁰ and till 30⁰ before bdc. Draw it. (It was Hint at last because I was not able to finish the profile rest all was done )
Couldn't draw it
I3 okay leave it
I3 You know that a diesel engine is efficient than petrol Engine but can you tell me the biggest advantage of it compared to petrol?
I4 - In the stress strain diagram why the curve dips after UTS
I4 Suppose if we cool the material like very low then what will happens
I4 Okay brittleness will increase and?
I5 - in differential gear you know about it?
I5 Okay so how does it work?
I5 Suppose one wheel is stuck and other wheel is moving so in which wheel there will be more power?
I5 and what about the free wheel?
I5 How does it happens?
I5 In a rickshaw how does a differential work?
I5 what's DOF
I5 suppose I've the pen with this threading what will be the dof?
I5 What will be the dof in a single slider crank mechanism?
I5 are you sure? 1? Okay
I5 looks at I6 and CP told I6 to ask
I6 - As you said sir (i1) about interference why is it bad?
I6 How do we reduce it ?
I6 What are the various methods?
Cp - okay you may leave.
Pls rub the board
