☀️ With the weather being so hot, and considering the health benefits of going braless, it seems like a no-brainer. *with caveats This study (unfortunately, it wasn't published) is super interesting, thought-provoking, and I had to share it with you. I usually only talk about things I've tested on myself, but I think awareness of proper breast health needs spreading as the rate of breast cancer is growing, and no one seems to know why (or what to do about it). ⁣ ⁣ It's more than just breast angle; it's mainly about health, in my opinion. ⁣ I've heard many times that wearing bras (mainly tight ones with wires) restricts both lymph and blood flow, causing stagnation and issues as a result. ⁣ ⁣ Also, according to the "Root Cause" documentary, 98% of women with breast cancer had a root canal-treated tooth on the same side as the breast with cancer! It's all related. ⁣ My belief after reading into this a fair amount (and discussing with colleagues) is that the muscles under the breast become lazier (much like eyes become lazier the more you use glasses), and therefore, they don't need to hold themselves up. ⁣ ⁣ We work out muscles at the gym to make them stronger; we don't support them. If we do, they become weaker. Breasts are similar. ⁣ I appreciate that for some women, due to size, it may seem impossible to not have support, and this is due to wearing a bra for so many years already. I appreciate that going braless may cause issues with guys looking at you - this is because in our Western society, it's treated as sexual due to being hidden. In many cultures, it's very normal to be topless even. If every woman were able to let go of using a bra, men would eventually be desensitized at some point. Treatment and prevention of diabetes mellitus by folk remedies ✔️ Three white beans soak overnight in 0.5 cup of cold boiled water. In the morning we eat the beans and drink the water. This is a simple but effective recipe! ✔️ We take one teaspoon of turmeric for 1 cup of boiled water. Drink 1 hour before or after a meal, similarly use cinnamon. Cinnamon and turmeric can be alternated every other day, and beans can be consumed in the morning. ✔️ Take five rosehip fruits, chop it well and pour a glass of boiling water, and then boil for 5 minutes.
