قالك مريض خش للمستشفى طواريء يشكي من bloody diarrhea و abdominal pain ، خذا العلاج و قعد تمام مية مية بعد 6 شهور مشى للمستشفى اخرى بأعراض وألم في جهة اليمين فوق الكبد ( right upper epigastric area) تحاليل الدم وضحت ان عنده زيااادة في leukocyt الخلايا المناعية و mild anemia ،، عينة ال stool مكنش فيها باراسايت والأشعه وضحت ان عندي multiple liver absces الاجابة هنا Entamoeba hystolytica أولا عشان bloody diarrhea اللي هو نفسه ال dysentry وهذي تدير فيها الانتاميبا ، ثانيا عشاااان ال liver absces هذي مفيش بروتوزوا تديرها غير انتاميبا و قالك يشكي من ألم في upper epigastric يعني جهة الكبد وهذي تعتبر من ضمن ال Extra intestinal lesion اللي تدير فيها الانتاميبا ثانيا عشان ال lekocytosis هذا يعني ان عندي RBC , Neutrophil , macrophage زاايده و هذي برضو نلقوها في الأنتاميبا

اما لو مافش اعراض خارج الأمعاء ولكن ذكرلك dysentry وجاب سيرة ال pegs معناها balantidium

لو جاب فالكيس ان في dysentry ومعاها اعراض خارج ال intestine زي مثلا الكبد معناها التشخيص E. Histolytica

Dysentry : هي عباره عن ان يكون في mucus+ blood في ال stool يديرنها : Sh. Mansoni Trihuris trichura Enterobies vermicularis Entamoeba histolytica Balantidium coli
