Lecture 13 , 14 شرح بسيط ع كل الانزيمات بهاي المحاضرة 🔴 Pancreatic enzyme 1) Alph - amylase Molecular weight :- (54 - 62 kDa) Normal values :- 28-100 U/L = 0.48 - 1.7 i kat/ L ▪️they are the only plasma enzyme physiologically found in urine 2) lipase Molecular weight :- 48 kDa Normal values :- 40-200 U/L ▪️ serum amylase increases in mumps , pancreatic disease or other diseases while lipase increase only in pancreatitis 3) trypsin Normal values :- 25 (+ or -) 5.3 u g/L ▪️Increased in pancreatic 🦠 🔴 liver enzymes 🔹 markers of hepatocellular damage 1) amino-transferases / transaminases ▪️elevated plasma ALT are considered to be relatively specific liver disease 🦠 ▪️elevated plasma AST in myocardial fraction , muscle necrosis and renal disease 🦠 ▪️ALT level increased more than AST Normal range ▫️ AST . male = < 35 U/L = 0.60 mkat/L .female = <31 U/L = 0.53 mkat/L ▫️ ALT . Male = <45 U/L = 0.77 mkat/L . Femal = <34 U/L = 0.58 mkat/L 🔹 marker of cholestasis 1) ALP Half life = 10 days ▪️ALP are group of enzymes that hydrolyses organic phosphate at high PH ▪️the exact metabolic function of ALP is unknown but it is probably important for classification of bone 🦴 2) gamma- glumly- tranfersase ▪️ Plasma GGT activity is higher in men than in women Normal values :- .male = <55 U/L = 0.94 mkat/L .female = 38 U/L = 0.68 mkat/L 🔴 other enzymes 1) chilineesterase Normal values :- 4.9 - 11.9 U/mL ▪️ measurement of CHE is used as a indicator of a possible insecticide poisoning 🔴 muscle enzymes 1) creatine kinase (CK) Normal values :- .male = 46-171 U/L = 0.78 - 2.90 ukat/L .female = 34-145 U/L = 0.58 - 2.47 ukat/L 2) lactate dehydrogenase Molecular weight :- 134 kDa Normal range :- 180-360 U/L = 3.1 -6.1 ukat/L ▪️ is composed of four petite chains of two types M and H each under separate a genatic control LD-1 = H4 LD-2 = H3M LD-3 = H2M2 LD-4 = HM3 LD-5 = M4
