Good question. My skill in L4D2 has dropped rn only because I don't devote as much time to this game as I did to it before. Your skill level depends not only on the total number of hours, but also on the number of hours spent in the game recently. This concerns not only me, but all people in general. The more often you play, the better you play. Moreover, the less experience you have, the faster you will develop at first. The more skilled you will become, the more time you will need to develop. You can achieve certain successes (your prime), but in order to maintain it, you need to play a certain number of hours a day (week), the less you play, the further you get from your peak form. But there is one interesting caveat, in order to return to your prime again, you will need much less time than you initially spent.

I feel like I'm playing L4D2 much worse than before, and because of TF2, I don't have much free time left. At the same time, due to L4D2 and YouTube, I can't pay more attention to TF2. bruh. I think this MGE tournament will be my last.

Some viewers have noticed some visual bugs on my streams. I didn't pay attention to it for a long time and thought that the problem lay in my config, but the problem was with this > https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3409585917 This is a combination of "Remove muzzle flash" and "Ragdolls instantly disappear". The problem is with the "Ragdolls..." addon. Today I found a lot of commands in the script that affect the graphics. Apparently, the author inserted some "fps boost"shit here that has nothing to do with ragdolls, which he didn't even mention in the description. To summarize, I want to say that be careful with what you download from the workshop. There's too much crap out there that can degrade your gameplay. If you want to play without dead bodies, just use the -lv command in launch options.

The most recent video I uploaded to YouTube was in 4K format, and the quality has indeed gotten much better. However, there are a couple of issues: 1. It’s clear that the file sizes have become significantly larger. 2. I now spend a lot more time waiting for the files to be processed and rendered in the editing software. The latest video with the VerSUS reaches up to 144GB - fuck this 🥺

I gave World War Z a try, and at first, it didn’t appeal to me, but recently I’ve been playing it quite often. Either the Aftermath update improved the game, or my preferences have shifted. I doubt I’ll play it for long - the never-ending grind is a major drawback, yet the game feels empty without it. There is literally too much of it, and it will take hundreds, if not thousands of hours to unlock everything. No matter how skilled you are or how good your aim is, you’ll keep getting wiped out on higher difficulties without upgraded weapons and characters. It’s odd that the developers skipped adding a coin purchase system, as such a feature is typically a given in games like this.
