Born to a Spanish mother and a Luxembourgish father, she grew up in Luxembourg surrounded by her father’s jazz records and speaks six languages fluently. Her stage mononym is a proud nod to her mother’s roots in Spain. [TURIN TECHNO NIGHT SERIES] Hello fam, 😈 this Friday, 6 November, you seriously can't sleep on this absolute gem at Astoria Basement hosted by Eclisse. Jin Synth (靜) is a Taiwan-born DJ, producer, synthesizer performer and sound designer. Carving her own path through the global underground, she translates deep sound design and hardware-driven synth exploration into uncompromising dancefloor mentalism. [AUDREY DANZA TURIN PREMIERE] Hello fam, 🤍did you know that this Friday, October 23rd, Swiss DJ and producer AUDREY DANZA (Proxima, Motel Campo / CH) will make her Turin debut at AZIMUT CLUB for the second edition of the “c o n t i n u a” club night? Her sound blends driving acid techno, old-school trance, ‘90s progressive house, hypnotic rhythms, and cosmic Italo-disco. These sharp floor instincts have landed her gigs at world-class venues, including frequent sets at Berghain / Panorama Bar, Robert Johnson, Fabric London, and Circoloco. Together with Motel Campo’s co-director Nicolas Oggier, she launched the independent label Proxima during the 2020 lockdowns. Proxima started as a outlet for vinyl reissues of rare ‘80s and ‘90s tracks, ranging from new beat to Spanish electronics and Italo, before expanding to release modern club tracks from both local and international artists. [KANGDING RAY IN TURIN] Hello fam, 🖤 Kangding Ray finally arrives at our warehouse for a single, unmissable night, joined by Stef Mendesidis live. Kangding Ray is a highly influential figure based in Berlin known for bridging the gap between club-focused techno and avant-garde sound design. Over the years, particularly through landmark releases on cult labels like Stroboscopic Artefacts, his sound evolved toward darker, more physical, and hypnotic techno rhythms without losing its conceptual depth. In 2019, he established his own independent record label, ara, dedicated to exploring a more raw, visceral, and emotional side of techno. Beyond the club circuit, his multidisciplinary approach has extended into visual arts and cinema, culminating in winning the Best Soundtrack award at the Cannes Film Festival for his score on Óliver Laxe’s drama film Sirāt.
