"لنجعل العبّاس عليه السّلام قدوة لنا في مقام المواساة حينما رمى الماء من يده ولم يشربه؛ لأنّه تذكّر عطش الحسين وأهل بيته عليهم السّلام ولم يكن في رميه للماء تخفيف عن الحسين عليه السّلام وأهل بيته كي يُحمل ذلك على الإيثار، وإنّما هو مقام عظيم فوق طاقة الإنسان العاديّ في المواساة التي هي
فوق مقام الإيثار.."
