HI guys , pls take action against this exam center in Delhi which did a lot of irregularities while conducting the IOQM 2025, My friend gave his exam from this center, I request you to mail MTAI about this , and if you were from the same center then it's a must. The follow up is the mail that my friend has sent to MTAI. you can copy the same and mail it to them so that this center could not conduct this prestigious exam again. thankyou I have removed his personal details from the text because of privacy concerns , you can use your credentials while mailing them. 7th September 2025 The Secretary, Mathematics Teachers' Association Subject: Complaint Against Amity International School, Mayur Vihar for Malpractice in Conducting National Exam Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to bring to your attention a serious irregularity that occurred during the national exam conducted by your association on 7th September 2025. I appeared for the exam at Amity International School, Mayur Vihar, a private school, where I encountered a grossly compromised question paper. Contrary to the standard format of nine pages, the center provided an edited version of the question paper, condensed into two pages with inadequate space for working. The questions were also reduced in size, and a single side page was allocated for rough work. This alteration not only caused significant inconvenience but also led to a critical error on my part. Due to the poor printing quality and format, I misread a '+' symbol as a '-' in one of the questions (Q28 of M1 specifically), resulting in an incorrect response and a loss of five marks. Furthermore, the exam administration was marred by several other irregularities. The center did not provide carbon copies of the OMR, which is a standard practice to ensure transparency and is required for further stages and verification. Most disturbingly, the OMR sheet provided was not the original one, but a photocopy, which raises serious concerns about the authenticity and security of the evaluation process. I strongly believe that these irregularities were not isolated incidents and that the center's actions were motivated by a desire to save costs, rather than ensuring the integrity and fairness of the exam. Such malpractice undermines the credibility of the examination process and disadvantages students who are unfairly expected to perform under compromised conditions. I request that you take immediate action against Amity International School, Mayur Vihar for this blatant violation of exam protocols. I would appreciate a thorough investigation into this matter and suitable measures to prevent such incidents in the future. I also request that you consider providing relief to students who were affected by these irregularities, including revaluation or re-conducting the exam. Although I don't have physical proof that they used printouts of OMR, The students can give testimony for the same. You have done your best and tomorrow is your day to not just prove yourself to others, but you proving to yourself, that you can survive an exam no matter how unexpected, how tricky or how trivial it is. I know IOQM is not considered highly by many people in the MO cycle. I am def one of them, but this "shitty" exam, not RMO, not INMO has changed my life for the better, got me in MO, and helped my lazy ass target something in life.
