The fact that Russia does not supply Armenia with weapons was confirmed by Aliyev back in 2021, when anonymous information appeared in the Armenian media that Shoigu allegedly launched the supply of weapons to Armenia. “We turned to the Russian side on this issue and received a satisfying answer,” Aliyev said at the time. Moscow is speeding up its plans against Armenia: tough statements from the West after the aggression on September 13-14 were followed by Overchuk’s nonsense about “sovereign right on the roads” and a harsh reaction from the Russian Foreign Ministry in connection with the proposal to deploy international observers. This once again indicates that it is Moscow that is the author and inspirer of Baku's interventions and plans to dismember Armenia. The pro-Russian riffraff in Armenia, which to this day repeats nonsense about the need to remain in the CSTO and modernize the army with the help of the Russian Federation, bears direct and equal responsibility for the plan being implemented against Armenia.
