Американо-армянские военные учения и трансформация армянской армии направлены против России и Ирана, они носят авантюрный характер. Эти военные учения проходят на фоне замораживания Ереваном своего участия в ОДКБ. Присутствие американцев на Южном Кавказе только увеличит вероятность региональных конфликтов и создаст новые разделительные линии.
