RVU Nekemte TVET College staff and students creatively developed software that would enable them to effectively and efficiently implement the policy guidelines set by the governmental regulatory body. This innovative work was applauded by the concerned governmental organs and enabled RVU Nekemte College to receive the certificate of recognition. On these occasions, the governmental organs from City Administration and TVET thanked RVU Nekemt TVET campus for setting an exemplary innovative work that would inspire other public and private colleges to do the same. RVU College Dean Ato Mathewos Tasew, who received these certificates thanked governmental regulatory bodies, teachers, staff, and students who engaged in such creative work and promised to do more. The software was named "Dass"- "Digital Assessment exam ", is useful for students to work boldly without making computer-related errors during Professional Performance Assessment, sort the student's Office examination and print the results of the student who got and lost, focuses on qualifying anyone who learns the subject, enhance student self-esteem, test and prepare for Professional perform an assessment without using any paper, perform the intended task with less time and energy, reduce costs, make the generation globally competitive. RVU Nekemte College would leverage such innovation and showcase to attract new students who aspire to receive quality education and skills, thereby asserting themselves. This gives the eagle an opportunity to glide and rest its wings. In the meantime, all the other birds hide in the branches and leaves of the tree.
