I finally finished reading Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. I started this challenge on my Instagram page two weeks ago, but since I was called to Tashkent to attend in-person Pre-Departure Orientation Sessions, I didn't have time to read the book. However, now I am proud of myself for finishing reading a 636-page book.
Challenge ✅
❗🎗️#Q_and_A🎗️❕
1. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 "𝗙𝗟𝗘𝗫 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺"? 🤔
• The Future Leaders Exchange (𝗙𝗟𝗘𝗫) Program provides scholarships for high school students from Europe and Eurasia to spend an academic year in the United States, living with a family and attending an American high school. (The Program is sponsored by the United States Department of State) ✅
2. 𝗪𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗵 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺? 🧐
• There are currently 22 countries that participate in the FLEX program. These countries include Armenia🇦🇲, Azerbaijan🇦🇿, Czech Republic🇨🇿, Estonia🇪🇪, Georgia🇬🇪, Greece🇬🇷, Hungary🇭🇺, Kazakhstan🇰🇿, Kyrgyzstan🇰🇬, Latvia🇱🇻, Lithuania🇱🇹, Moldova🇲🇩, Mongolia🇲🇳, Montenegro🇲🇪, Poland🇵🇱, Romania🇷🇴, Serbia🇷🇸, Slovakia🇸🇰, Tajikistan🇹🇯, Turkmenistan🇹🇲, Ukraine🇺🇦 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗨𝘇𝗯𝗲𝗸𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻🇺🇿. ✅
3. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗴𝗼𝗮𝗹𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺? 🤔
• FLEX students will teach Americans about their cultures of their home countries and teach citizens of their home countries about the United States of America. ✅
4. 𝗗𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 "𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁" 𝗶𝗻 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵 𝗶𝗻 𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝗮 𝗙𝗟𝗘𝗫 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁? 🚀
• It is believed that if an applicant aims to be a FLEX Finalist, he or she does not have to be in an Advanced Level of English. The Program 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘁𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀. 𝗛𝗼𝘄𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿, that does not necessarily mean that an applicant who has profound leadership skills will be selected as a FLEX Finalist, even if he or she cannot pass Reading and Listening tests, and a special interview. No, that is not true. 𝗢𝗻𝗹𝘆 𝗯𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀 (who could complete each and every task successfully) 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗰𝗵𝗼𝘀𝗲𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝗙𝗟𝗘𝗫 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝗮𝗯𝗺𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗱𝗼𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗨𝘇𝗯𝗲𝗸𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗵𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗿𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗨𝗦𝗔. 💯✅
5. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗜 𝗱𝗼 𝗶𝗻 𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝗮 𝗙𝗟𝗘𝗫 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁 2022-2023? 🤔🚀
• Well, my personal advice would be:
* 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗼𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗶𝘁 𝗮𝘀 𝗺𝘂𝗰𝗵 𝗮𝘀 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗹 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘀; ✅
* 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗮𝘁 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘁 20 𝗽𝗮𝗴𝗲𝘀 𝗮 𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗟𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗽𝗼𝗱𝗰𝗮𝘀𝘁𝘀. It will help you with Reading and Listening sections. ✅
* 𝗪𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗵𝗮𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘁, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗿𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗯𝗲 𝗶𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵𝗹𝘆; ✅
* 𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗮𝘆𝘀, 𝘁𝗿𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘇𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺 𝗮𝘀 𝗶𝘁 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗯𝗼𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 (𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄);✅
* 𝗔𝗹𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗲 𝗶𝘁! 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘀 - 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝗮 𝗙𝗟𝗘𝗫 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁 2022-2023 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝗮 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹 𝗮𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗰 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗶𝗻 𝗔𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗮. ✅
🙏
I hope that you found it useful!
𝗜𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗱𝗶𝗱, 𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝘀𝘂𝗯𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗯𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗺𝘆 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗹 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝗻𝘃𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗳𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗱𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝗺𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗯𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗱, 𝘁𝗼𝗼.

Hello, everyone! I hope that you are doing well!
A lot of people has asked me why I didn't fly to America on August 5th and why they didn't see me in the photo where the First Group of Finalists were in a conference with the American Ambassador.
So, get ready to the explanation.
Initially, I was put in the First Group, which meant that I had to fly on August 5th. Owing to the fact that I still do not have an American Host Family 😔, our FLEX Managers had to postpone my flight to August 22nd or 26th. In fact, there are 3 FLEX Finalists Groups💪, who will fly to America on August 5th, 22nd and 26th respectively. It says that approximately 20 Finalists have Host Families, while 18 still do not have a clue about theirs🥺.
As far as my situation is concerned, I still do not have a Host Family, still don't know where I will live and study. So, nowadays, I am praying and praying to the God 🤲. It is said that my Placement Organization is doing everything to find me a host family.
So, yeah, that's pretty much it.
Now, we are 100!) 🥳💯
Welcome a New Day! 🌄💫🍀
I wish each and every one of my subscriber a very productive day! 🌱
Today, I will finish reading Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, hopefully. 🤲🏻🙏🏻
I assume I will record myself explaining "how it was to read a Harry Potter book" and post that video on my Telegram Channel alone as soon as I finish reading the book. So stay tuned!) 🚀✨

Hello, guys 🌄
Today, I want to talk about my VISA Interview, and I will mention what questions they asked as well.
Here we go!
On July 30th, we (FLEX Finalists) woke up early in the morning at 5:30am. Then, we had breakfast and had to wait other Finalists from Tashkent to come to the Hotel we were staying in. As soon as everyone was ready, our coordinator took us to the US Embassy at 7:30am.
Before going to the interview, one woman in the Embassy gave us a brochure which explained different types of visas, our rights and privileges and so on. She asked us to familiarize ourselves with what was written there and to wait until we were called by a Councilor.
I was a bit nervous while I was memorizing the rules and different types of visas, but that didn't influence my interview. I was called after about 15 minutes, after which I felt goosebumps in my stomach 😅
As far the interview is concerned, the one who asked questions was from America, and in fact, he has a good sense of humor:))
When I came, he was checking my "International Passport", he looked me in the eyes curiously, he smiled and asked me whether the guy on the passport was me or not. 😂😂😂
I grinned and said "Yes sure, it's me!)" We exchanged some funny looks.
Even though most of us were asked questions related to our brochures, the Interviewer asked me whether I had a relative in America or not. I said: "Yes, I have my uncle in America. He lives in New York." After that, the interviewer started typing some things on his computer. After a 30-second silence, he looked at me again smiling 😁 and asked whether my relative brought some presents from America 😂
It was such a strange and funny question that I hesitated what to say, and answered smiling: "Yeah! He does sometimes!)"
It is also noteworthy to say that he asked multiple times "What grade did you finish?" And everytime I had to repeat my answer again and again: "I finished 10th grade, and I will study in 11th grade in the USA." I suppose he wanted to try me with these tricky questions.
I think it was the last question and he put a stamp saying cheerfully "Approved!"
At the end, he wished something but I couldn't hear it because I was leaving him. I said Thank You and off I went to join my team.
That's pretty much it! Each and every one of us passed their Interviews successfully! Yay!) 🥳

Day #4 ✅
Today, reading more than a hundred pages was so challenging to me. I dunno why. Maybe that is because of an unusual weather ☁️☁️☁️
However, I will not stop at this point! Let's keep doing and finish what we have started!
