🚨 Tomorrow marks a new beginning for your PSM journey. Are you new to PSM? Are you already a master of PSM? Are you stuck in PSM? Do you love PSM? Do you hate PSM? It doesn’t matter where you stand today. If you are preparing for NEET PG 2026, tomorrow is your answer. This is not just about sharing questions. This is not just about solving old MCQs. Every MCQ is structured. Every question is designed to teach a concept. Every explanation is designed to improve retention. Every revision is designed to make you exam ready. 📚 Daily revisions. 📝 Daily MCQs. 🎯 Daily progress. A structured PSM revision movement begins tomorrow. Something that has never happened before. Tomorrow, we start together. Drop a ❤️ if you are with me in this!

👋 Hello Aspirant #2: *“Are PYQs really necessary? If yes, how many years should I do?”* Short answer: *Yes. Absolutely.* PYQs are not just about repeating questions. They teach you what the exam considers important and how concepts are asked. My suggestion: ✅ Do NEET PG, FMGE and INI-CET PYQs. ✅ At least the last 3 years are non-negotiable. ✅ If time permits, do past 5 years for important repeats and patterns. Remember: PYQs are not a separate resource. They are one of the highest-yield revision tools you have. 📚

👋 Hello Aspirant #1: “I’m reading, but I’m not remembering anything.” If this sounds like you, you’re not alone. The mistake most aspirants make is expecting themselves to remember everything after one revision. NEET PG memory isn’t built by reading once. It’s built by multiple short cycles of revision, MCQs, mistakes, and repeated exposure. So stop restarting because you forgot. Forgetting is part of the process. Keep cycling through your subjects. Every revision feels like you’re learning it again, but your brain is quietly building recall in the background. Trust the cycles. They work. 📚

👋 Hello Aspirant Over the next few days, I’ll be sharing some of the most common mistakes, doubts, and struggles I see among NEET PG aspirants. If you’re feeling behind, stuck, overwhelmed, or simply unsure about your next step, don’t keep it to yourself. Just pick up your phone, open WhatsApp, and drop me a message on 7988228397 Sometimes, a 5-minute conversation can save weeks of confusion. Many of these common queries will also be addressed on the WhatsApp channel so that everyone can learn and grow together. 🤝

📌 COMMON QUERY THESE DAYS “Sir, should I watch videos again or just revise notes?” My answer is simple: ✅ If you have already watched the video once and made notes → revise your notes. 🎥 Videos are for learning. 📝 Notes are for revision. Re-watch videos only if: • The topic is still not clear after revising notes. • You are repeatedly making mistakes in MCQs from that topic. • The concept is difficult or highly visual and needs another explanation. For the remaining topics, repeatedly watching videos often gives a false sense of studying while consuming a lot of time. A better strategy: 📖 Revise notes ➡️ Solve MCQs ➡️ Identify weak areas ➡️ Watch only the specific video segment if needed Remember: 1st watch = Learning 2nd watch = Fixing weak areas Final revision phase = Notes + MCQs + Tests The students who improve their ranks in the final months are usually not the ones rewatching entire lectures repeatedly. They are the ones who revise their notes multiple times and actively test themselves. — Dr Kashish Grover PSM by Kashish Grover 📚 Keep revising. Keep testing. Keep moving forward.

Why do two people exposed to the same risk factor develop different diseases? The answer lies in the BEINGS Model. Disease is rarely caused by a single factor. It is the result of interaction between biological, environmental, immunological, nutritional, genetic and social determinants. Understand causation. Understand prevention. Yesterday, someone asked me, “Why do you take quizzes, create flashcards on social media? Nobody is paying you for Telegram anyway.” 1,000+ students attempt my quizzes approx. People see an app. I see an auditorium full of learners. Never underestimate the power of social media when it’s used to educate.
