Enabled dino stacking detection on the Official Network. This was handled through a redeploy and does not include a version change.
• Added new detection for extreme cases where adult dinos are stacked too densely in a very small area.
• This is intended to address only severe stacking cases, such as more than 50 adult dinos occupying roughly a one•foundation•sized area, which can negatively impact both server and client performance.
• On Official servers, dinos exceeding this limit may be removed.

• Added an INI option for unofficial servers to disable Planning Structure decay:
• PreventPlannedStructureDecayReset=True
• Fixed counting Cryofridge and Vaults as 2 structures for nearby structure limits.
• Fixed an issue where Cryofridges and Vaults were incorrectly counting as two structures toward nearby structure limits.
• Classic Servers: Added new detection for extreme cases where adult dinos are stacked too densely in a very small area.
