hi all, here is an update regarding the ive afterlike pob scam firstly, i would like to sincerely apologise to everyone for not updating about the situation on the date that i was supposed to. not to seek pity from anyone however the reason why this was not addressed was because i haven't been coping very well mentally ever since the whole situation and i hope to seek your understanding. as of today, i still have not received any parcels that could be from the kseller and they are still unresponsive, therefore, i will officially classify this as a scam moving forward: i will be contacting a friend to lodge a police report for me in korea in hopes that the police will take legal action against the scammer regarding refunds: 🌀 i have found a job recently, but it is not enough to provide full refunds to everyone at this point in time 🌀 after calculating the approximate amount i'll be earning, i regret to inform that the amount i have is barely close to 25% of what i need to earn to give everyone a full refund. 🌀 as a result, this unfortunately means that i will not be able to give everyone a full refund by the end of 2023 as mentioned previously change to the refund system due to financial constrains: i will only be providing base refunds (option 1 as previously mentioned) through google forms as part of predicted second payment refunds ($0.20 per pc) once i have the money to mass refund for ready. [approximate timing: february 2023] 🌀 however, due to exchange rates i had to tank some costs which exceeded the amount i charged & some people still owe me hundreds for the ive photocards that were affected, i do not have $900 with me on hand. (if you did not pay me at all for the photocards, you will not get any refunds, i will ask you show me proof that you have fully refunded all your buyers since you didn't pay me) 🌀 i will prioritise refunding money to those that are financially unstable (eg. due to the scam, you are having difficulties funding your daily necessities/meals/money for school and etc) additional reason for change in the refund system: 🌀 i have noticed that some people that are "demanding" for refunds are still financially stable enough to be paying high amounts for pcs 🌀 please note that i am the middleman in this whole situation through purchasing the pcs from the kseller and i did not earn a single cent. by offering refunds, i am seeking to do what i can to help ease the situation, and not because i am obligated to do so. 🌀 please DO NOT take advantage of the refunds and ask for refunds because you can. please only do ask for refunds if you need it. i'll be answering some FAQ below Q: will i be reporting to the SG police? A: no, cross borders and language barriers make it hard for the singapore police to help us, hence i'll be asking a friend to report directly to the korea police Q: how will i be telling if someone needs financial aid and hence would need refunds from me urgently? latest update for the following ive gos affected items: withmuu 1 (set 6-10), soundwave 1 (set 3-7), beatroad, naver, apple music, mokket, music korea, withmuu 2, soundwave 2, soundwave 3 - seller has read my email, but did not reply (kakaomail read receipts) - no parcels received at k-add this week - i tried to trace back winner lists to see if the seller actly got the items however i couldn't find the list for all sites, however i rmb when i was checking withmuu 2 winner for a friend, i saw the seller's name winning which shows that they actly ordered the items and the order proofs should be real - with the seller having my address in their email and legitimately ordering the items, i believe that it's now up to the seller to send the photocards - if i don't receive any parcel by 27 november, i'll officially classify this as a scam - regarding refunds, i'll have a change in the refunding process. after 27 nov, i will be sending out a refund google form to everyone and you would be able to pick between 1. base sp refund ($0.20 per pc), 2. partial refund (amount of your choice) or 3. full refund. refunds would take place slowly from december all the way to 2023 as i'll have to gather money, work etc. please do not rush me for any refunds as these are entirely out of my own pocket - i will update immediately once i receive any parcel from the seller, otherwise my next update on this issue would be 27/11 and that would mean bad news - would just want to add on that now that i'm offering full refunds, this potential scam is no longer a reason for you to upsell your photocards/put in your carousell listing that you're broke because of this scam/comment in the comments section of others' channel that i'm not taking enough responsibility for this! please also do watch your words before speaking and comprehend overseas goms' doings before commenting, i would never ever touch my parents' house/car. please don't knock on my door if you have my address either. all refunds would be from my own pocket as this is my personal responsibility. thank you for reading!
