Idaho Lawmakers To Criminalize COVID Vaccine Administrations Two Idaho lawmakers introduced a bill that will charge individuals who administer the mRNA vaccine with a misdemeanour. HB 154 was introduced by Republican Senator Tammy Nichols and Representative Judy Boyle in the House Health and Welfare Committee on February 15th. Transnet Strike Destroyed SA's Blueberry Industry South Africa’s blueberry season has come to a close, and it is one that many farmers would prefer to forget, with the negative repercussions expected to be felt for years to come as many face financial ruin. Elzette Schutte, operations manager of Berries ZA, told Farmer’s Weekly that at the start of the season in September last year, the industry had high hopes for a good year. “Exports were expected to reach 25 000t, up from nearly 21 000t the previous year. The increase is due to more hectares coming into production.” She said that quality, especially from producers in the northern regions, was very good and so attracted good prices. Logistics had also started to rebound after COVID-19 pandemic disruptions. The industry was then plunged into dire straits when a Transnet labour strike crippled South Africa’s ports in November during peak export season, effectively shutting down the export market. Five days after a train carrying vinyl chloride derailed and exploded near the Ohio-Pennsylvania border, crews ignited a controlled burn of toxic chemicals to prevent a much more dangerous explosion. Thousands in East Palestine, a town of about 5,000 people, evacuated, and officials warned the controlled burn would create a phosgene and hydrogen chloride plume across the region. Phosgene is a highly toxic gas that can cause vomiting and breathing trouble, and was used as a weapon in the first world war. Watch: Liz Wheeler goes into detail...
