لو حد اتخبط او وقع واتقطع عنده ال tendon of extensor فحصل flexion ف DIP فبحطله ال orthosis دي من 6 ل 8 أسابيع ولازم منهم من 4 :6 اسابيع at night ويقدر يعمل active extension بعدها
