Mention the greatest problem you're facing right now.
If I can help, I'll do one of these:
- Reply
- Write a telegram message
- Write a thread
If I can't, I'll try to guide you toward the right person.

Never consider your knowledge to be true until it has helped you achieve something outside of compliments from your parents, teachers and friends.
We often take it for granted that our knowledge is correct without using it to make any substantial progress.
We run after fake progress like compliments, only to look back years later and realize we didn't move an inch.
Break the pattern now. Test your knowledge in the real world. Jump out of your assumptions.
464
Never take a decision you wouldn't take in absence of present emotions.
Zoom out. Consider the past variables and future consequences.
For instance, if you develop anger towards your parent over a small event...don't just decide to never talk again. Consider your relationship with them over the past few years and the future consequences of your actions. Then take the right decision.
Same goes for buying something new, starting or ending your business, getting into or ending a relationship, etc.
Zoom out, analyze, decide, and then act.

New members, refer to this post: https://t.me/basedzone/730
That tipping point is reflection + the pain pilled up.
Mindset Machine said it the best.
464
Facts, as long as you're in denial of your pain, nothing's gonna change for you.
You have to see through your actions.
Understand why you act and think a certain way. Where those actions are taking you.
And then, the change slowly comes.
Even if you decide to go through pain, it has to be intentional. You have to be prepared to fight. Else, you'll end up numbing your pain with pleasure.

Repost from Mindset Machine 𝕏
Mental strength comes through reflection, not pain.
If you don’t take the time to reflect on what you’ve seen or experienced, it does not make you stronger.

When it comes to business, physical health and relationships, I can help you build a strong purpose.
With studying, I don't have a clear answer.

If you just listen to productivity gurus and focus on your breaths, you ain't gonna help you a lot.
For instance, you shouldn't be doing deep breathing before going to sleep. It increases your alertness. Thus leading to terrible sleep.
Another form is mindfulness meditation. In it, you become aware of your surroundings. It eventually helps you become aware of yourself.
If you want the benefits of meditation, watch some videos by Indian Spirituality Gurus. They'll guide you well. I am not an expert, but I know more than the productivity gurus.

Most people don't even know there are different forms of meditation.
Dhyana or focus meditation is just one form of it.
There are many others.
Something that works well for most people is Japa meditation. When you recite something, it's easier to focus and the vibrations help you tremendously.
Another form of meditation I do is relaxation meditation. In this you take out focus and alertness to relax your breath and body before going to sleep.
Quit useful to learn and practice the different types of meditation.

Repost from Temple of Zen
While most of you only know meditation to be closing their eyes and focusing on something.
There’s way more to it.
There is
✅Japa [ recitation of mantras ]
✅Tapa [ asceticism ]
✅Dharana [ continuous concentration, one-pointedness ]
✅Dhyana [ focus ]
✅Shoonya [ conscious non-doing ]
✅Samadhi [ equanamous mind when the subject and object merges ]
The roads are many but the destination is one.
Most of us when we think about meditation we think about ‘dhyana’ focusing internally or externally.
The idea of telling you all this is to open up your mind to the endless possibilities.
Most of us in a our day to day busy lives will be able to do only
- japa
- dharna
- dhyana
You can do shoonya when you have been meditating for a good enough time but you need a guru to impart you practice.
- tapa & samadhi is not for people who are active in the worldly affairs.

Consume to condition your mind.
Create to brings life to your thoughts.
The important lessons of life always come from creation.
This includes the words you write and the progress you make in life.
Consumption can almost never teach you those lessons.
Consumption can condition your mind to think in a direction.
But without creation, you can never have the lessons and secrets you need to progress in life.
It's a loop.
You progress to learn. You learn to progress.
Both happen simultaneously.
Sitting and watching videos can't give you that.
It can only put you in a direction, not push you forward.

Change the data inside your mind.
Over years, you have been conditioned to make the same mistakes over and over again.
Every time you repeat it, your mind gets conditioned to do it again. It loves familiarity.
So, change the data.
Repeat the thing you should be doing every day. Say it to yourself and act on it.
Make your mind familiar to a new set of data.
Even if you fail to act on it, still say it. Write it down.
Put your mind into a new pattern.
Same goes for your negative thoughts.
Remember, I said a while ago, write what you need to hear.
By doing so, you're conditioning your mind.
Look, it's a long process.
You'll have to repeat it for months and years.
Over time, it will go deep inside your mind and you'll make the right decisions without any effort.

In life, there will moments when you have a sudden surge of inspiration, energy, and motivation.
The last time it happened to me was about 3-4 months ago.
In one his threads, Limitless Reader mentioned he had that moment when he was in military and his dad asked him to man up.
That moment, is a perfectly times moment.
It's a tipping out.
Everything that happened before leads you to that point.
And the worse thing you can do, is waste their energy doing mundane tasks.
You have to use that energy to make a big leap in life.
Now, you obviously won't have these moments every day or every week.
They are rare.
But you can apply the same rule to your every day life.
There are moments in your day or week where your energy is comparatively high or even at it's peak.
Identify those moments and use them to make the big leaps in life.
This is very important.
When you're low on energy, you can still show up.
But you cannot achieve greatness just by showing up.
I am not saying it's important. It's absolutely important to show up.
But if you want to achieve something great, tap into those moments.
Secondly, work on extending those moments or increasing their frequency. How?
By feeding your mind and body with the right nutrients.
This includes the things you watch, listen, and eat.
Do not consume anything that produces negativity or makes you lazy.
Consume things that keep you positive and active.
And of course, use those fucking moments wisely.
Have a Based Day.

Living in optimal stress is something you all need to master.
Too less stress, and you won't act. Too much stress, and you'll waste all your time numbing it.
How to create optimal stress?
Have weekly deadlines.
Transform your negative emotions into motivators.
Do whatever works for you.
If you're in excess stress, zoom out.
Realize that your worries won't matter in 10 years.
If you're in lack of stress, zoom in.

Often, when you're too attached to a bad habit (like mindless social media scrolling, binge eating, porn, etc), it can be a result of an incorrect perception of risk and reward.
In simpler words, you believe the rewards to be higher than the risk. You neglect the negative effects until it's too late.
The solution to the problem is something I mention inside my book.
Briefly study the negative effects of your bad.
For instance, if you binge eat, study the process of making the food and the ways in which it affects your body.
With the right amount of awareness, it will pull you away from the habits.
What do I mean by "right amount of awareness"?
You need to observe these effects in your body.
And more importantly, you can't let your awareness of these effects turn into excess stress. If you do so, it will push your deeper into these habits to reduce stress.
You have to act on the stress as soon as it's enough to make you act.
It will require certain internal push, but no one can help you with. There has to be an internal want for change.

Beautiful. Exactly sums up my relationship with my mom. I've told her that I expected her to change and that her age is no excuse not to change. Whether she does or doesn't, I'll still love her the same until she is gone. Then, I will look at these problems in our relationship and beg to have them back. Appreciate and love your parents the same way they loved your rebellious, teenage ass.

Good Fucking Morning Everyone
Let's talk about money.
In the past 4 months I have more than 4x my freelance income.
The fastest I have ever grown in any realm of my life.
How?
2 things:
1. Catching opportunity at speed
2. I put my money into it
They both sound obvious, but most people still get it wrong. Let me explain.
About 4 months back, the 1st big opportunity knocked my door.
I knew this was it. But I still didn't want to take it. Why?
Basic human fear.
I wasn't sure if I can fulfill the work.
But instead of giving up the opportunity, I did the same thing I recommend you all to do:
- Remembered all the practice and learning I had been through
- Visualized the worst negative outcome to realize it wasn't going to harm me
- Visualized how this step can change my life
And finally, went for it.
Fast forward 4 months, that opportunity has changed my life.
(The money spent was in learning and practice)
I did the same thing I suggest others. Because I know it works.
And I don't act as if I don't need those things. Because if I ignore my basic human nature, I'll fall prey to it.
Of course, you get a better hold over your human nature over time, but it takes time.
Anyways, speed.
Anytime an opportunity shows up, take it.
Stop thinking, take it.
You're going to be insecure about your skills. But remember, that feeling ain't going anywhere unless you act. It's here to stay. The longer you take to act, the worse it gets.
Even if you don't know enough, you can always learn more. Just take the fucking opportunity.
I have wasted my whole life running from opportunities. Don't make the same mistake.
Second, as soon as you have money, take some out and put the rest into your business.
When you have something in, you act faster. Unless you replace action with worry, which I never do.
Especially if you're young, which many of you are, stop spending your money on parties. Put it back into developing your skills or building your business.
And now, I am gonna do the same again.
Until now, opportunities came to me. Now I am gonna look for opportunities with all the money I have. How? By marketing my services.
This step can go wrong. But I can always make the money back.
What's more important is speed. Speed and action take away worry and bring in money.
Now, before I end this, what's the 1 thing you can do now?
If you're at a job, look for more work.
If you're at school, learn any fucking skill.
Same goes for anything you're doing. Just do more. Do fast.
You don't even need money to start. You need people paying you. Big difference.
