You often don't need people in life who fill your head with advices
Unless you're intentionally learning from them. Forced advice never works.
Even worse, forced advice can make you afraid of risk and failure.
In the process of kicking this people out, you'll hurt many. You'll hear many curses. ignore everything.
Find people whom you genuinely want to learn from. And people who push you towards fucking up and learning.
As I say this, I don't want you to take impulsive discissions. No.
Be mindful about your decisions and choices. Stop acting under the influence of online gurus. Most of them are trying to scam you.
Take time before you make a life altering decision. But stay away from people who push you away from risk. At every fucking cost.
I cannot emphasize how important this is for you. Being trapped inside the fear of failure is going to kill your soul and will to live. Escape the trap now.

Another thing that I have to mention. I cannot leave you with just this.
There are nuances to the technique I mentioned. Don't use it blindly. Or in other words, you cannot use it blindly.
Why?
Because the technique alone cannot help you for life. If you're hate your work, or your mind is always distracted...you'll one day quit.
This is just a technique worth using. But for it to work, you have to understand your mind and treat it from the core. Which I have been helping you do, and will continue doing.
And while we do that, techniques like this will help you stay on track.

There's a technique I used to use when I hated exercising or studying
I would set sub goals
"Just 5 more pages"
"Just 1 more kilometer"
"Just 2 more reps"
Many of you have used the same technique
Now I want you to use it even more
If you're slowing down, set sub goals
This may not sound as the most optimal way, but it works
When you have sub goals, you'll be able to observe that you're getting closer to your goals
And as you keep getting closer to your goals, your speed will naturally increase. You'll feel motivated to take 1 more step. And 1 more. And 1 more.
But you have to make sure that all your focus is on the sub goal. Forget about the bigger goal.
I know it might be difficult for many, but with enough practice, you'll be able do it.
Stop excusing yourself out of trying this. Cause this is going to help you a lot.
Look, when it comes to the bigger goal...you're obviously getting closer. But it's difficult to observe yourself getting closer.
With sub goals, it's easier. And once you reach that goal, straight out jump to the next one. Don't stop. Stopping gets you closer to being a mediocre.

Been a bit busy lately, with client work
Will resume posts tomorrow
Until then, let's do a task
I want you all to take this weekend to do something productive
Mention below what you'll do. We'll keep each other accountable.
I'll start:
1. I haven't been reading lately. So I'll get back at it.
2. Approach a new client
Now it's your turn

Got asked a question on IG:
"Do you believe women are smarter than men"
I want you to try to understand what's going inside the mind of the person asking this question.
Possibility 1: Wants to start a debate to prove he is right
Possibility 2: He believes he is being curious, while he is just wasting time
In both cases, he's productively procrastination. A concept I talked about a long time ago.
To give a brief explanation, productive procrastination is when you're doing something, you're not sitting idle, but you're doing something worthless
Which is evident in the 2nd possibility
The answer to the question is not going to change your life, whatsoever.
Let's say I disapprove. How the fuck does it matter?
Does it make you more intelligent?
No
Does it make you less intelligent?
No
Does it gets the shit done?
No
Then stop caring. Become aware of your actions. Ask yourself, "why am I curious about this"
Often, you're simply wasting your time. STOP.
When it comes to the possibility 1, it can also be a want to validate your own supremacy. But at large, it's the same. You're wasting your fucking time.
This is why I keep repeating. Be intentional.
I find so many examples every day where intention would save someone's life. But they just don't give a fuck. Living a mindless life.
DON'T become one of them

Reflection & Speed
When one doesn't work, the other does
When you're trying trying trying, and nothing works. You need reflection.
When you understand the problem but it ain't getting solved. You need speed.
Now, that's how it ideally works
If you were to observe reality...
The lazy are stuck in reflection or procrastination
No one is stuck in speed, unless they give 0 fucks about the result (a very rare case)
Because speed is scarce. Most people don't have it.
Same goes for reflection. Only a select few can do it with intention. The rest is doing it with regret and procrastination.
This is why I focus a lot on intention. Without intention, you're fucked.
You can have a million habits and follow a billion techniques. Nothing will work if you lack intention.
To be precise, conscious intention. Not the intention you have intuitively or un consciously
For instance, intuitively you have the intention to seek pleasure. Unconsciously, you're always thinking about it.
You have to make this thought process conscious. Have a conscious intent that drives you towards your goal.
As worthless as it might sound, this is everything most of you need. Yes, it can get boring. But you need it.

"The fastest way to learn driving is to drive on the road you fear"
In my early days of learning to drive, my father used to always:
"Take the road you feel the most comfortable on"
Initially I did. But soon I realized, I am never going to learn this way.
You cannot get better by doing what you're comfortable doing.
True learning takes place in those fine details that we miss. You need awareness to observe those hidden details.
Without learning those fine details, you're just learning what everyone else is learning. You're learning how to press the accelerator on a clear road.
You ain't learning how to drive in stressful situations. Situations that life can put you in whenever it wants to.
Same goes for anything in life
As long as you're learning and trying inside your comfort zone, you'll never learn what you need to
You won't know how to improve your health, because you'll be forever be focused on calorie deficit and HIIT workouts. You'll never know how your body works. How your hormones work. And without it, your body will slowly deteriorate from the inside
You won't know how to run a business, get clients, fulfill your job, deal with their complains...and so much more, because you're focused on masturbating over different business ideas
You won't know how to stay disciplined. Because you're focused on productivity tricks. Rather than understanding human nature.
This is important. I want you to deeply understand what I am trying to say.
Don't get stuck with the basics. Push yourself further.
Get outside of your comfort zone. Fastrack your learning curve. Stop doing what everyone is doing if you want to get ahead. Which I know you want to

I am thinking of writing a post for those who have read a lot. Gained a lot of knowledge on how to improve. And are still stuck in life.
If you would like to read that post, react with 🔥. I want to know if there are enough people who really need it right now

It's common for people to get distracted while reading
Most books don't spike your dopamine to a level where other things like your thoughts or phone won't distract
As a cure, I learnt something from Alex Hormozi:
Read the book while listening to the audiobook
It will help you maintain a constant pace, which is quite essential to avoid getting distracted
As simple as it sounds, it's doing wonders for me. You can either buy the audiobook or find it on YouTube
Try this and let me know if it works for you as well

If you have been a member of the Based Zone for a while, you know I am strongly against any justification
Every single time, they’re bullshit. And lead to all your bad habits and regrets.
Though something happened a few months back, that gave me a profound realization yesterday.
I realized regret can also result from a lack of belief in justification. Especially in certain cases.
Let me explain what happened and what the realization really is
A few months back, my maternal grandmother passed away.
The 1st thought my mother had:
I wish I’d called her yesterday
I wish I’d spent more time with her
In the moment, you can feel sorry for her
But if you carefully look at it, that last call wouldn’t have changed anything. And her not spending more time with her… was for a reason she strongly believed in.
Yet as soon as she died, that “reason” stopped being so strong. She felt as if her justification was bullshit.
Now, interestingly… we don’t believe our justification is bullshit when we eat shitty food, watch porn, etc. But when death arrives, we instantly accept how bullshit it all was.
Something similar happens when a man spends too much time working, and too little time with his family.
In the moment, he justifies working extra hours. He needs the money to take care of his family.
But when death arrives, the money feels worthless
The same happens when you drink the extra alcohol or eat an extra pizza. In that moment, you feel it’s okay. Until all your organs fail.
For a last example, look at the guy who leaves the safety of his job to start a business. He is all pumped until he realizes he lost his job security. Or the guy who never leaves his job, and looks at the freedom he could have had.
In some examples I gave, the decision was clearly wrong. For instance, when you drank that extra alcohol or ate that extra pizza.
But when you decided to not spend so much time with your family. When you decided to work. When you left your job.
They were all for a reason. A strong reason.
Yet, when shit hits the fan, we forget the reason, and the regret seeps in.
And this is the realization I had.
So often, we’re focused on the mistake we made. We think of the better outcomes we could have had.
Failing to realize, it wasn’t a mistake at all
Surely you can spend more time with your family. But what different were you going to do?
NOTHING
You’ll do the absolute same thing. You might have a few more fights. A few more happy moments.
But wasn’t the work you did instead of having those moments… more important?
Of course it was.
Look, I am not saying you shouldn’t spend more time with your family. If you think that’s what I am saying, you’re not at all understanding my words. Read them again.
You need to understand how profound this
And you might think I am so in-human. I am not. I have seen deaths as well. I have seen my grandfather die.
And it did hurt. But I got over it pretty quickly.
When I look back, this was the reason I got over it. The realization that my choice wasn’t a mistake. My choice was a choice.
I am not saying we always make the right choice. But neither do we always make the wrong choice.
It’s our perspective of the outcome that decided whether the choice was right or wrong.
And if you can tune that perspective to your favor, your life will change.
Of course you need to make your choices carefully, blah blah blah
We all fucking know that already. Nothing new.
But what I just mentioned is something almost no one focuses on
From now on, you need to
You need to tune your perspective of the outcome correctly. You cannot always believe your choice was wrong.
So you can look back and say,
“It’s okay. I made a choice. And I live with no regrets”
