• Follow up on cash collection activities and reports.
• Track employee petty cash and advances.
• Follow up on employees’ sales orders.
• Manage and monitor company fixed assets.
• Support the transfer of accounting data to Odoo.
• Help maintain efficiency and accuracy within the accounting function.
Requirements:
• Previous accounting experience, preferably in cash, receivables, or general accounting.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good follow-up and organizational skills.
• Good Excel / Google Sheets skills.
• Experience with Odoo is a plus.

المهام الرئيسية:
•المساهمة باعداد خطط المبيعات و توزيع المستهدفات البيعية (Targets) على مندوبي ومسؤولي المبيعات ومتابعة أدائهم الميداني واليومي بشكل صارم
•القيام بزيارات ميدانية دورية مشتركة مع المندوبين لتقييم أدائهم، وفتح منافذ بيع و عملاء جدد في المنطقة الجغرافية
• حل المشكلات والنزاعات التجارية التي تواجه المندوبين مع العملاء في السوق وتسهيل تدفق المنتجات.
• إعداد التقارير الدورية حول حركة الأسواق، سلوك المنافسين،وملاحظات العملاء ورفعها لمدير المبيعات.
الشروط والمتطلبات :

يُفضّل شهادة جامعية في إدارة الأعمال، التسويق، أو مجال ذي صلة.
خبرة لا تقل عن [3-5] سنوات في الإشراف المبيعي
مهارات قيادية و تواصل ممتازة وقدرة عالية على التفاوض
رخصةقيادة سارية المفعول.
