#NSFW Welcome to my new altered post card series: "Pissing in the Colonialist Pool" (5) Paint pen on multiple copies of a postcard featuring a despicable resort on the Virgin Islands; land taken from the Taíno people. So I had to do it to 'em, I had to piss in their pool. Over and over again.

Some metal standees Echo and I made at the last second before BLFC! Hence the art show table photography, haha. These were very fun to make and I'm looking forward to what else we'll get up to.

"Healed Whole" About 5" tall This ceramic sculpture popped in the bisque firing, which was perfect for a faux-kinsugi treatment. She is more beautiful for having been broken. This friend sold at BLFC.

"Have You Tried Praying Harder?" Maybe it'll work this time!! This 11"14" mixed media piece on canvas is at our table at BLFC, but it'll be available if it doesn't find a home today!

Okay, that's enough birds, how about a teeny little wooden chair, now? Echo couldn't stop making tiny wooden chairs from scraps around the thingstead and so I painted a couple! "2⭐ Motel" about 3" tall, acrylic and paint pens on reclaimed wood chair sculpture It's about how much goofy charm there is at really cheap motels. Roach roommates included! Watch for this piece at the #BLFC art show.
