Update on Withdrawals
KYC requirements will apply only to users who wish to withdraw immediately, helping us filter out scams. We will soon introduce a simplified 'device verification' process focused on confirming device authenticity rather than verifying personal information.
The majority of KYC failures are due to the proof of address step, and we are currently in talks with Ondato to remove this requirement. Once it's resolved, we will announce it.
These measures are to protect the token and, in turn, your UPT holdings. Thank you for your understanding.
