Screw retained vs Cement retained implant prostheses,
منو الأفضل؟ برغي لو سمنت⁉️
ثنينهم بيهم شغلات زينة، لكن بشكل عام اللي تتثبت بالبراغي أأمن و أسهل من ناحية الصيانة والتعديلات، نگدر نفكها و نركبها بدون مشاكل.
❗️ليش احياناً نستعمل السمنت بالرغم من هذا الشي؟
- علمود الاسثتك، ما تبين عندنا فتحات البراغي لا من الاوكلوزل ولا من جهة الfacial.✅
❗️ليش ما نستعمل كله سمنت اذا هيچ؟
- اذا الprosthesis تنزل تحت اللثة، أي بقايا مال سمنت بهل مكان راح تسببلنا التهاب ما حول الزرعة و ممكن نخسر العظم داير ما دوره.
Cement remnant (cannot be removed by dentis) ➡️ Peri-implant inflammation ➡️ Marginal bone loss ➡️ FAILURE⛔️
في حال full-arch prostheses👍
الخيار راح يكون Screw-retained design
لأن في حال واجهنا أي مشكلة او كسر بالبرغي لو بالveneer، او حتى التهاب باللثة او بالعظم ما حول الزرعة،
بكل سهولة ينفك و ينشال، و تنحل المشكلة و يترجع بدون مشاكل اخرى مثل الي نواجهها بالسمنت.💁🏻♀️✨
