Verwerp die valse narratiewe oor ons taal! Die bewering dat Afrikaans ‘n mengelmoes van ander kleurige tale soos Bantoe, Khoisan en Suid-Asies bevat, moet sterk verwerp word, aangesien dit ons taal status beroof van sy werklike oorsprong en identiteit. Hierdie argument, word gebruik om ‘n bespotting van ons taal te maak en te meen dat dit ‘n tipe “reënboognasie-taal” is wat deur die bydrae van alle rasse ontwikkel was en daarom aan "almal" behoort. Niks kan egter verder van die waarheid af wees nie. Volgens die HAT woordeboek bestaan Afrikaans uit ongeveer 100 000 woorde, waarvan slegs 14 daarvan beskou word as leen-woorde vanuit die bogenoemde taal groepe. Dit beteken dat slegs 0.01% van Afrikaans uit hierdie leen-woorde van nie-blanke tale bestaan. Die oorblywende 99.99% is direk van Nederlandse afkoms wat vereenvoudig was om die taal meer vloeiend te maak. Selfs Grieks, Russies en Italiaans bestaan uit meer leen-woorde van nie-Europese afkoms as Afrikaans. Afrikaans is eg Europees en suiwer blank!
