University Alliance South Africa has submitted in the high court in Bloemfontein that the University of the Free State's COVID-19 mandatory vaccine policy was flawed and irrational. It adds that it failed to consider all available scientific evidence to draft it. The UFS Covid policy was approved in November 2021 and implemented from 14 February 2022 to students and workers.
