A major political party that elects to have the source code examined must pay for the examination. Except as provided by this subdivision, a source code that is trade secret information must be treated as nonpublic information, according to section 13.37. A third-party evaluator must not disclose the source code to anyone else.” Why is ANY information related to counting votes treated as a TRADE SCERET? This is antithetical to the transparency needed for voter confidence. Plus, we paid for these machines…. Does your state permit source code review?

My Question: Since this is an ipad, are you using wireless capabilities for that? Improved accuracy and reduced preparation time and storage requirements with the elimination of paper logs. My question: Who says eliminating paper logs is a good idea? Poll workers or voters cannot leave the application without a password, preventing user error, a line slow-down, or creating a potential security issue. My question: Uhmm…not only doesn’t this make sense, what other security hardening do these poll pads have? Not only poll pads, EMS, On demand ballots, election night results, and voter registration. OK, the Hunter info I teased about. Some of you may have known this as it got a small amount of press last year but since then more info has come out. So please don't reply with "Pshaw - I knew than last year"... many more do not, nor do they know all of it. Serbia is a country with 34,170 square miles in area. In 2016, and again in 2018, GPS records found on Hunter's laptop show him within 1 mile of Dominion's Serbia headquarters. Dominion Serbia is where a lot of the Democracy Suite programming occurred. I have been told by trusted sources that at least two of these programmers have confirmed that there is code in there to influence the election. I found the last name of one of them in the Dominion compiled executables. So that checks out. So, to ask a question (which is what I usually do), Hunter, what were you doing so near to Dominion Serbia? Coincidences happen, of course, but this would be one heck of one.

On July 21st, 2022, litigation hold notices were sent to 25 of Washington's 39 counties requesting they refrain from further deleting election records from 2020 and later, in anticipation for litigation. It was discovered that the counties had deleted the audit logs from the election systems used in the 2020 presidential election. The logs were deleted by the vendor (Clear Ballot, Hart InterCivic, and Dominion) during an "upgrade" to the system. Some counties had the records deleted as soon as December 2020, breaking both state law and federal law.
