Hey folks, to those of you following along, I posted a number of deep dives on residences above. I isolated the top 100 residences in a single county based on number of registrations and have been going through them one by one for days. You can see some of the results above. I have looked at all the residences with a range of 10-17 people per house. Besides the cases I posted above, most of what I am seeing now are clearly investment properties owned by LLCs. Roughly 50% of the LLCs are owned by out of state investors and sometimes the address on those owners is also an LLC. Clearly, there is a pattern. While I don't see on the surface anything illegal in many of these cases, clearly it would be worth canvassing these homes and focusing on rentals to find inflated registration roles. I am convinced of that approach. I have learned enough from this case study and will be moving on to other fertile ground. Let's see what we can learn about people using PO Boxes as a residential address for the next set of case studies.....

Ghost Voter Alert! So...I am in the middle of untangling a series of LLCs which own rental properties and go down a rabbit hole....out the other side I find a guy who is using a registration address at this mailing center. Registered in 2008. If a guy with a spreadsheet can find it.....This person is an Active voter using a store as a registration address! How do you uncover something like this...wild card search! Identify a stretch of road you know to be commercial then type into the EDA pivot filter address field *jones rd* and export and sort it and look at those address numbers within the blocks you know to be commercial. Dig on those address. Now back to my rabbit hole of 6 residences owned by 3 nested LLCs.

DEFEND FLORIDA CANVASS RESULTS I hope you're all ready for a morning jolt. Nearly 3,000 addresses canvassed in counties noted in photo (primarily Central Florida on both coasts)... and serious issues with the voter rolls. Estimating well in excess of a million phantom votes in the 2020 election, which had over 11 million votes cast. Despite all of this, Florida trended 2.3% more Republican in 2020. I feel the need to reiterate an important aspect of the election integrity movement... It’s not about evidence anymore. We already have *mountains* of evidence: mathematical, statistical, logistical, electronic, cyber, physical... affidavits out the wazoo. Now, it’s about getting this evidence in front of the public’s eyes. Because our legislators don’t want to address this. Our legal system doesn’t want to address this. I think the best way to educate and motivate the public is by canvassing. Not only are we obtaining more evidence, but we are person-by-person exposing citizens to the fraud. Join a team of canvassers! We are making large improvements in our canvassing strategies. These days, it is becoming more about *confirming* phantom voters than *finding* phantom voters. Residence Case Study: This little beauty has 10 registrations and 5 votes. I post this here only because I have received questions asking if certain houses I have posted about are rentals? Did I know if they are rentals or not? I learned a new trick. Go to Zillow. If the property is being managed by professional firm, it will be listed there for rent as this one is. First one I have seen that way so I know for certain this is a rental. 10 different last names...fertile ground for a canvass.

Residence Case Study: Knocking off 2 of the top 10 at the same time, let me present 2 residences that have, between them, 10 bedrooms and 7.5 baths according to Zillow. They also have 27 Registrants, 26 or whom are active and cast ballots and.....wait for it....no registered REP amongst the 27 people. Nothing I can see is wrong on the surface of this but if I were a canvasser, it would make an interesting afternoon just sorting this out.

Residence Case Study: Different location. Imagine you are a mailman, you drive up to this single box and deposit 14 ballots. The all eventually get voted (yes they did). All have the same address. The main house up front is the one with the address. The structures (houses) in back are not identified as best I can tell. So....... I guess it up to the person who gets to the mailbox that day to distribute the ballots to their friends on the property? Sounds like a good plan to me (not)! 🤨 How do we know the correct person voted the ballot? Only 58 more residences to go, each one seems to bring a different angle to the mess we are in. And this is only ONE county.....The property tax review showed interesting history going back to 2001. I won't go into the details because I really could draw no firm conclusions, but I am glad I looked.

Residence Case Study: There is a group of voters who live in different homes that use the same street address when they register to vote. That address is the red pin on the main street, let's call it 1000 James Blvd. But, when they pay property taxes, they all use the address of the dirt road with unique house numbers on them with a different street name. There are 16 voters registered to the same address. My guess is this is because the mailboxes are on the main road all clumped together, this is where the ballots are mailed too. This may be a common scenario and I am not sure it is OK? Opinions? Seems like something akin to registering to vote to a PO Box?

Case Study on Housing Co-Ops: I learn something about my community everyday with EDA. While researching the ownership of a residence with 16 registrants via the property tax records, I was able to eventually determine it's owner was a housing co-op via a series of nested LLCs. I expanded the search on the Co-Op organization and eventually located 5 residences with 66 registrants total. These are the stats. My conclusions? I don't see anything illegal. Canvass is required. 98% of the registrants are DEM or Unaffiliated. 20% (12 ballots) had Undeliverable or did not vote by mail status. My questions is, how does the registration data base "respond" to this dynamic situation for people in transitional housing to ensure it is accurate? My other conclusion is just educational, I had no idea this was happening in our communities. I have 61 other residences to look at my list. This is going to take a while. LLC ownership should catch your attention. Dig deeper on those. 🤨

CDL Study Results: Let me set this up. The data I am presenting here EXCLUDES the cases where we have canvassed and CONFIRMED locations being used for CDL training housing (100s of people). I looked at 21 other CDL schools and called a sample of them to determine if they provide housing to students. They all said NO. I then inspected on the map the CDL school locations and found hotels in very close proximity. This is does NOT prove a relationship between the CDL school and registrations at hotels. What it did provide is an "easy" way to locate where people ARE using hotels as registration locations. 46% of the registrants did NOT vote in a state where 80+% turnout was reported. I could not find a list of CDL holders to cross reference if the registrants where indeed attending training. Again, the next step here would be to go to the hotels and canvass them. One hotel has 62 registrants. I think this proves the point that canvassing "cheap" hotels is worth while. Hotel registration is NOT always illegal.

Suppose you wanted to obtain a CDL license and needed a place to stay during the 4 week training class. Suppose your state had automatic voter registration upon receiving your license and suppose the address you used on the CDL application was the hotel you were staying at while you were in town. Suppose all of that is TRUE. This is what it might look like. 62 people registered out of a hotel right down the street from a CDL school. Interesting to think about isn't it? I am thinking about it hard these days and it is not a waste of time I can assure you.

One of the case studies I presented above (not ready to say which one yet) is being canvassed starting TODAY. This is the whole point of EDA. I don't want to just present charts and graphs. We need results door to door. I'll share the findings soon....

Case Study on Residence Part 1: Let's say you have a small team and want to identify locations to canvass. How might you narrow down where to verify registrations and voters at address with limited resources? I took the top 100 address in a county. Inspected all of them on a map and identified the residences. I then took those address and using the EDA Pivot filters extracted the registrants and combined them into a table and created this summary. There were 59 residences in the top 100. The registrants # ranged from 8-17 per location! This is a heavily DEM county. 87% were DEM or Unaffiliated voters. 15% were Undeliverable or Returned Mail. Does this look like a good place to look? I am in the process of exploring a canvass for these locations. Next question, who OWNS these rentals? Good question. More on that later.*Edit: the top table is registration year*

Time Series Study for 12 Counties Part 9 Final: And this concludes the 12 county case study in how to use EDA. In these final 3 charts, you see the correlation of registrations per day for REP, DEM and Unaffiliated voters. The X-axis is configurable so you can look at whatever period needed, 1 week, 1 month or multiple years. Just paste the data into the correct table and it dynamically adjusts. What's the next case study? I am going to pursue a line of inquiry related to Residences and Apartments that uses Reg Roles and other databases in combination, but more on that later. I hope you found this case study to be educational.

Time Series Study for 12 Counties Part 8: This is the second to last part of this case study I am presenting. I am posting this here for those of you who are curious about the last name char count analysis capabilities. To recap, this chart and the next are based on 12 counties, 20 address per county and ~ 16,000 subset of voters. The way this data is used in EDA is on the Pivot Filters tab. You can search up to 1MM records on a variety of criteria one by one or in combination with other many criteria. If you looked at the EDA Record video posted above, I describe one rabbit hole I went down after spotting someone with a 29 character last name! That is most I have seen.
