Having looked at 39 states and 2599 Counties so far, the range in CTCL grants issued in terms of $/Total Votes is $0.03 to $161. This is over 963 Counties who took grants or 37% of all Counties. My data is rolled up to the County level. In most cases it was issued to the County. In some to the city. 33 Counties spent more than $10/vote. Mule Money? #2000Sheriffs

I watched the Patel Patriot interview with Gregg Phillips. It is worth watching. I have never been sure about the Devolution hypothesis. I have from time to time tuned into the Devolution Power Hour. Part of it I find interesting other parts I find cringe worthy. Does this interview with Gregg give Patel Patriot more credibility? Maybe a bit in my mind. In the end whether there really is a bomb that is going to drop that is bigger than 2000Mules isn’t going to change the grind of work I am involved in. I am going to keep doing something. Gregg said this is a 1000 front war, I agree and have said so on this channel. My Substack on CVR by far has more traffic than anything else I have written, like 10x. Several of you have reached out and said how helpful that article was and have shared it widely. It might be a bit oversimplified in some ways, but that is not the point. You have to see the forest before looking at the trees. It confirms what I believe that the explanation of the math really needs to be simplified to reach more people. If there are other math related election integrity topics that could benefit from a simpler explanation, even if that explanation does not contain all the "caveats", let me know in the comments.
