This report was written by Mr Doug Gould, CTO of CyberTeamsUS. He is a world renowned cyber security expert with 40+years of experience and a Veteran (I do not know him personally). His CV summary is an appendix in the report. The entire report can be downloaded from the link below. We live in a world of insanity where the light weight "fact checkers" dismiss a serious report like this. In a sane world, this would be enough to get the attention of every SoS and Clerk in the country who is responsible for fixing the problem. SECURE ELECTIONS FIRST AND FOREMOST. This far outweighs any consideration of "convenience" (aka mail in ballots, internet voting etc). I am looking forward to the follow up reports to come. Has any serious cyber security expert "fact checker" proved Doug wrong? https://standwithtina.org/

Any questions?

American Citizens & Candidates Forum for Election Integrity. Citizens and political candidates seeking free, fair and secure elections are hosting a series of election integrity forums and ad hoc hearings across the country to allow citizens and subject matter experts the opportunity to voice their concerns and provide evidence with regard to irregularities in the 2020 election. The forums will also provide an opportunity for elected officials and candidates to offer solutions to secure elections in the future, including discussing new legislation that may be necessary to address vulnerabilities in current election law. https://accfei.org/

I want to credit OSET for this excellent graphic. I am not saying I support Open Source Solutions, but, they did a nice job explaining the timeline. So imagine, you are a Clerk, you have to run an election in 9 months. Look at all of these intermediate milestones that need to be dealt with. Are you really going to take someone seriously who comes to you with a plan to vote "differently" THIS YEAR when you have all this STUFF to manage? It is not as if a Clerk can make up a job description, they have to follow the letter of the law, right? The way I see it, we need to get creative real quick on a solution for the mid terms. This train has left the station. https://www.osetinstitute.org/

Folks, I just finished reading the "Business of Voting" and ALL of the footnotes and their sources. If you haven't read it, you need to. It is the first white paper of it's kind. American elections have been turned into a profit commodity worth 300MM+/year plus the cost of replacing the machines every 10-15 years. The drive of these election profiteers is to make the technology more and more complicated and more opaque to We The People. These elections belong to US. This SUPPOSEDLY is because we want CONVENIENCE in our elections. Convenience is WAY WAY down the list on my priorities. For something that happens once every 2 years on a known date and time, clearly, there are more important things than convenience. But, from what I have read in this paper, there are HUGE forces at play pushing this narrative from Universities, Think Tanks, Big Tech, government agencies not to mention the machine companies themselves. We need a SERIOUS approach to defining a cost/benefit analysis for using a low tech paper based manual count solution to counter this massive Big Tech push. Repeating slogans like Vote Amish, or putting forth pithy solutions ain't going to cut it. If you are working on or know of a comprehensive and professional plan that replaces the entire election systems topology as we know it, please share. https://trustthevote.org/wp-content/uploads/2017/03/2017-whartonoset_industryreport.pdf

FLASHBACK: Trump Exposes NATO For Paying Billions To Russia For Energy “I think it’s very sad when Germany makes a massive oil and gas deal with Russia where you’re supposed to be guarding against Russia and Germany goes out and pays billions and billions of dollars a year to Russia. So we’re protecting Germany, we’re protecting France —we’re protecting all of these countries. And then numerous of the countries go out and make a pipeline deal with Russia where they’re paying billions of dollars into the coffers of Russia.” “I think it’s a very bad thing for NATO. And I don’t think it should have happened….Germany is paying just over 1% whereas the United States is paying 4.2% of a much larger GDP…we’re paying a lot of money to protect.” “It’s very unfair to our country. It’s very unfair to our taxpayer. And I think these countries need to step it up —not over a 10-year period, they need to step it up immediately.” This Video On Rumble @KanekoaTheGreat

Wow! When we had a real President. At 3:05 the German guy wipes the sweat from his upper lip. Trump got to him.

You do need to sign up to download this paper. Nowhere in this paper does this think tank look at paper ballots combined with paper manual counting as a solution. They assume that the ONLY solution is the latest wave of technology. In all of my research, I have never come across a white paper which says, "Let's compare a no-technology solution against the latest high technology solution end to end." There is a built in bias in the "Election Business" for more technology, always. Be aware of it. https://www.scribd.com/document/280294142/Americas-Voting-Machines-at-Risk#download

If you think paper ballots are a solution, then you need to understand what you are up against. Microsoft, DARPA and Galois. You better bring your "A" game when asking to "Vote Amish". They have been working on this for years. I am just the messenger folks, don't light ME up in the comments. "The code for ElectionGuard is being built together with our development partner, Galois. We are excited that Galois recently received $10 million in funding from DARPA to build a demonstration voting system to help evaluate secure hardware DARPA researchers are developing as part of a separate DARPA program. The agency views ensuring the integrity and security of the election process as a critical national security concern and plans to implement the ElectionGuard SDK as part of their effort to enable an end-to-end verifiable component in future versions of their demonstration voting system. And here is Rock the Votes registration platform. They claim to have registered 12MM voters since their inception. https://www.rockthevote.org/programs-and-partner-resources/tech-for-civic-engagement/online-voter-registration-platform/

This non-profit claims to supply Rock the Vote with their registration technology. They advocate for open source code platforms for voting management and election management systems. https://www.osetinstitute.org/technology-rd

As best I can tell, this is a Google project with Pew, NIST, and government officials to bring election day information to voters including drop box locations. https://www.votinginfoproject.org/

Want to participate in ballot stuffing as they did in GA? https://blog.google/products/search/find-voting-and-ballot-drop-box-locations-google/

NIST also has a new event logging standard from 2020. This covers Cast Vote Records. Look at the list of all star contributors to this. Hart, ES&S, Dominion, Smartmatic. https://nvlpubs.nist.gov/nistpubs/SpecialPublications/NIST.SP.1500-101.pdf

According to NIST, did you know in 2017 the DHS (under Trump) added Election Infrastructure to the list of Critical Government Facilities under CISA? Coincidence? https://www.cisa.gov/government-facilities-election-infrastructure-charters-and-membership

NIST is now collaborating with industry to put together cyber security standards for election equipment. The public comment period closed in May2021, so this is new stuff. ES&S was an acknowledged contributor. https://nvlpubs.nist.gov/nistpubs/ir/2021/NIST.IR.8310-draft.pdf
