Technically, this is not the case - anyone can own Bitcoin, buy and sell it. But when the BTC rate reaches $500,000 or $1 million, China may completely ban it "

In the United States, a patent was issued for the concept of a stablecoin secured by government debt
The two co-founders of the digital bank FV Bank in Puerto Rico say they were the first in history to receive a US patent to develop a stablecoin based solely on government debt.
Its working title is Yuga Coin, which in Sanskrit means "the union of two things" or, in this case, "generations," said one of the creators.
Each coin can be exchanged at a 1:1 ratio for the respective national currency, where they will be backed by the instruments of the national treasury (including bonds and securities) of the respective country.
These coins are said to be more stable than other fiat-pegged cryptocurrencies because they don't depend on a single banking institution holding collateral.
"The stability of a tokenized cryptoasset is more like the stability of government debt," the patent says.

Jackson Palmer expressed his dissatisfaction with the cryptocurrency industry on a long Twitter thread, stating that:
“Despite claims of 'decentralization', the cryptocurrency industry is controlled by a powerful cartel of wealthy people who have evolved over time. They included many of the same institutions tied to the existing centralized financial system, which they purportedly intended to replace. "
Palmer believes that cryptocurrency is "right-wing, hypercapitalist technology."
