* बिहार में आरक्षण पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट का फैसला
मुख्य बिंदुः
* सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने पटना हाई कोर्ट के फैसले को बरकरार
रखाः बिहार सरकार द्वारा आरक्षण को 65% करने के फैसले को चुनौती देने वाली याचिका पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने फिलहाल राहत देने से इनकार कर दिया है।
* सितंबर में होगी सुनवाई: सुप्रीम कोर्ट इस मामले की विस्तृत सुनवाई सितंबर में करेगा।
पटना हाई कोर्ट का फैसला: पटना हाई कोर्ट ने बिहार सरकार के 65% आरक्षण के फैसले को रद्द कर दिया था, जिसमें पिछड़े वर्गों, अनुसूचित जाति और अनुसूचित जनजाति के लिए आरक्षण शामिल था।
